Amazing stay and amazing staff

Check in was timely and easy. The staff was super personable from check in to the check out to the maid staff. Room was comfortable, clean and in amazing condition. Only bummer was no pool for the kids but they made that up by having lots of family activities in the lobby, pool table board games etc. will stay again 100% our go to for the Eugene and Springfield area.

Fourth of July in Eugene

Check in was quick and easy. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. No major issues or concerns. Only complaint was that there were not many restaurants open nearby for dinner, but it was the 4th of July so I’m guessing they closed early for the holiday.

The room was okay! The mattress was very nice but bring your own pillows because they are not comfortable and very flat. The hotel was very busy and was pretty loud. We could hear the people above stomping around after midnight and even in the morning. The breakfast in the morning was pretty average and we had to fight a crowd to get food.

Unclean Bathrooms

We have enjoyed staying at Tru across the USA; however, this location was far from clean. We booked two rooms and asked for them to be connected rooms, they were not. One bathroom appeared to have shavings in it all over the floor. The other bathroom had hair and other items in the shower. The bathrooms were far from clean. I am disappointed by the cleanliness and customer service.

Never Again Tru Eugene Hilton

Awful! These people don’t know how to properly bill my hotel stay. They charged my DEBIT card 3 times for a one room hotel stay for 3 days. Good luck trying to get your money back. They kept telling me they didn’t do that. My bank is saying otherwise. I’m so pissed. Will never stay there again.
