We stayed here for one night with our German Shepherd. We were very impressed with how clean the facility was and the room was wonderful as well. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again. Myself, wife and dog were very happy with everything. Thank you.

Pet/family friendly spot in Springfield

Nice property close to tons of restaurants and shopping. Our suite was spacious with two queens and a pull out bed. Rooms were clean and bathroom was updated, though on the smaller side. Wish there was a small table in living room area for dining, etc. Free breakfast was solid, with eggs, bacon and DIY Belgian waffles, plus other typical continental options. Dog friendly with grassy area by entrance and pick up bags.

The room smelled like a couple of dogs. The fridge was extra loud and could be heard all through the night. The bathroom was in bad shape. They renovated the outside of the hotel and stopped.

Not a good nights sleep

The beds were awfully uncomfortable and none of us really slept much at all because of it. There was also a harmful bacteria growing in the shower and covering the shower head that was not cleaned. Otherwise our stay was nice.
