This place is the best! Staff is so attentive. Special shout out to Rachel and Mary Ann. The Freshwater restaurant was so good. The staff is so friendly. We stayed 3 nights and I hated to leave. The rooms are beautiful and our room faced the water. So worth it! Beautiful sun rises

We stayed in the new section. It was beautiful. Spent the entire evening on the balcony watching the water fowl and the moon rising over the bay. The in house restaurant was really, really excellent, a bit pricy, but worth it to us. Would have loved to spent more time for the kayaking and bicycling. Unfortunately we were there for just one night.

Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Had a problem with the tv, sent a text to the front desk and they sent someone up within minutes. Gentleman was friendly and efficient, fixed in no time. Rooms were beautiful and the view with sunrise was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay in this location, however, several things seemed odd. The parking lot has several pot holes and with a new addition this might be something to consider repairing soon. The check in and out was simple and friendly and the staff were very pleasant. The room had uneven, squishy floors and the room was quite warm when we entered. Our experience in the restaurant was lovely, the staff were friendly, the food was delicious and the patrons made for good company.

Wanted to stay in the new addition to this hotel but upon checking in we were pointed to the old 2 story part of the building. We booked the Suite, 1 King Bed with Sofa bed, Lake View thinking with it being a suite it'd be in the new part. Room was big but walking around it we could hear the bridal party next door playing music and clomping around in their high heels. It would have been nice to know that there was a wedding going on at the hotel the same night we were there and then maybe don't put us next to them seeing as how we weren't there for that reason. The door to the room didn't seal very well so we could hear everything going on in the hallway. Restaurant was so-so and overpriced, cheese curds weren't cooked all the way. We'll be back in the area in a few months and we won't be staying or eating at this hotel. I'm not sure how it rates so well.

Renovations were wonderful! We paid for a lake view upgrade, well worth it, otherwise you’re overlooking the carparks. Great coffee shop attached.

Super nice hotel! Very beautiful. The only issue was the people upstairs walking around on the floor at 6am. It seemed to echo through the room and was super loud.

View was great.Balconies were buggy but being on the water caused the problem. Even so they must have a cleaning plan. Pool was too cold and several people said so. Staff nice. Rooms renovated. Need to put finishing touches on the reno with touch ups. Local pics for decor were fantastic. Hopefully will get outdoor seating as the reno gets finished up. It was very pretty!!

We had a great stay on a very busy weekend at the property. They had a triathalon and a wedding happening that weekend and the staff could not have been nicer or more attentive. The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. Our daughter slept on the pull out and she gave it a 6 out of 10. The only complaint we had was that our room was in the "suite" hall and at the end of the night, the restaurant workers drug the trash to the dumpster outside of our room and it was pretty noisy. That was the only issue we had. The coffee shop offerings were great and so convienient!
