Property itself is great. Front desk, not so much. Sraff at check-in seemed bothered by our presence, curt, abrasive and impersonal. He was unwilling to consider a room change from next to elevator, saying the property only had three rooms total with a single queen. When we offered to pay for an upgrade, he shamed us for booking through Expedia, saying he had no way of upgrading our room because we booked through a third party. Since we were already checked in, we were told we had no option but to accept our room right next to the elevator and there was nothing he could do about it. We checked in at 3:15 pm, when the property was mostly empty.

Clean room upon arrival. Ms. Shannon was the best and her customer service was impeccable. During our week long stay, our room was never cleaned. we had to request towels daily. The do not disturb placard was not listed on the outside of the door.

The hotel is very clean and nice. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was fine but it would be nice if there was flavored coffee creamer and some selection of different tea.
