Second row and situated on a high lot makes this property a great location with a beach access right across the street. Bed sizes are 4 Queens, and 2 Bunk Beds. Linens provided with beds made. Relax in the open living area with ocean views and entertain on the stone patio while taking advantage of the grilling out on the park grill after a fun day in the sun. The open and covered decks are furnished and a great place to enjoy the ocean breeze. The ground level hosts three covered parking spaces, and enough other parking to accommodate five total cars and covered entrance into the house. Amenities include central air and heat, hot and cold enclosed outside shower, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave, 6 cable TVs, wireless high-speed internet.
