Once you get past the casino, this place is actually a nicely restored historic building. The check in area where you have to wait in a smoke-filled nasty casino is the biggest problem with this place. It is what it is.

Great place but boy oh boy do they need to work on the staff at the front desk. They hate themselves or something because they are miserable. Except the girl that works in the morning. She is really sweet.

I have stayed here numerous times and I like the old fashioned feel, but with more modern amenities. The small casino is fun and the staff members are friendly. I am not a fan of glitzy, ultra-modern hotels. This place has a good combination of old and new. Rooms are clean and functional, but are somewhat small.

Hotel Nevada takes great pride in maintaining this quaint and historic hotel! It is upgraded, clean, quiet and super cute. It has tons of historic memorabilia to peruse and is a great value. Wish there was some way they could make the lobby nonsmoking, but it is open to the gambling hall.

Very cool & historic property. Casino floor is cigarette smoke filled but it didn’t make it up to the rooms. Lots of cool old stuff, friendly people. Room was clean and quiet.
