Watersong Falls is a peaceful custom home located in the reclaimed new development Watersong. This property is perfect for guests looking for a stylish retreat away from the city with all the comforts of home. While many people come to the area to drive and hike to a waterfall, we have a massive rushing waterfall on our property that can be viewed from inside the cabin, out on the 2 large screened-in porches, or from the patio/fire pit/hot tub area!

Spring Break in the Mountains

We had two families stay for a total of 9 people and there plenty of room for everyone. We loved the view of the creek, the bar downstairs and the large community space. There is plenty to do for everyone and the host was fantastic. We hope to come back again very soon.

Wonderful spring break

We e had a lovely stay here for spring break. The creek out back was a huge hit with my kids, while the beautiful porches and hot tub were perfection for the adults. We had a few very minor things come up during our stay and the host was so prompt and pleasant making everything just right for us. The house is really beautiful and close to so many things. We’re already discussing when we can stay here next.

Amazing Views and Amazing Property!

Our large group had a wonderful time at Watersong Falls. The view is unbelievable and the house is immaculate. We had a range of kids between two families, with plenty of space for all. They enjoyed the hammocks and pool table. I enjoyed the neighborhood hiking trail for an early morning outing. Highly recommend booking this cabin for your stay! We will certainly be back.

30, Flirty, & Thriving Birthday Weekend

I chose this location because it was perfect for a communal birthday weekend with friends and family. The waterfall was soothing with multiple rooms to enjoy it from. The home was just gorgeous and I did not want to leave. The kitchen was perfect for elegant communal meals.

Mountain Relaxation

We just returned from a week at Watersong Falls and can’t wait to go back! The house is gorgeous with such pretty views. It was really nice sitting on the screened deck reading with the water sounds in the background. The neighborhood is super quiet, which was also wonderful.

Breath-taking waterfalls !

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Watersong Falls! The property was very clean and modern with plenty of room for our family of 11, and we had everything we needed. But the water falls are the biggest asset. They are clearly visible from all the main rooms and decks, and their wonderful sound is predominant outside. We enjoyed our daily hikes down to the base of the falls.

Annual Family Get Together

Our scattered family comes together once a year for the past 4 years in the mountains and this has been the best home yet. Large enough for the 10 of us (2 kids loved the bunk room), all the amenities you could want in a 5+ star house and setting. Both are as beautiful as depicted in the listing. The kids spent so much time in the river, we had a fire every night at the fire pit, and morning coffee on the upper porch was a perfect way to start the day! While a little steep, the driveway was no problem for my all wheel drive GMC crossover, the other had 4WD trucks, parking fine for our 3 vehicles, and could’ve fit 1 more easily. The only hiccup we had was there are only 3 bins for garbage so ran out of space pretty fast with all of us, but easy enough for one of us to toss bags into one of the trucks and make a garbage run. Minor problem and one we have every year bc there are so many of us. There was an issue with a critter chewing through the hot tub wires and they had someone there within an hour to fix. Very nice and very responsive. Again 5+ stars, would love to come back.

Beautiful home with spectacular view

Our family stayed in this beautiful home for 4 nights, and we had a wonderful time. The house is gorgeous, and the view of the waterfall is even more amazing. There is a lovely path down to the waterfall with ropes that you can hold onto if you need and stone steps all the way down. This made it possible for me to walk down to the waterfall and enjoy it close-up, even with my bad knee (along with a cane, it was very doable). I am incredibly grateful to still be able to have this experience as my knee generally does not allow me to take the types of hikes I would need to take to get to experience such a view. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back!

Tranquil weekend getaway

Invited my cousins up since we have not seen each other in 20yrs. They were very taken by the house and the amenities. Of course the Davenport river was a huge therapeutic experience that made the stay even more memorable for my family!

Surpassed all expectations - stunning home, spectacular waterfall!

We were beyond delighted with our stay at "Watersong Falls." First, the house is large, roomy, with wide-open spaces, high ceilings, and many thoughtful details. The master bedroom suite is particularly amazing, with the large walk-in shower, and especially, the private screened porch. Back home, I sometimes have trouble sleeping and resort to headphones for white noise, but the delightful sound of the waterfall was so soothing, I didn't touch my headphones all week. Other spaces in the house offered multiple options for hanging out, dining, watching shows, and playing pool. The large screened porch off the family room was perhaps the most popular space for talking and unwinding. We took advantage of the hot tub most nights of the week; I was happy to find it clean and warmed to 98 degrees on our arrival. Second, the waterfall in our own backyard was spectacular. Many times I mused that I have been on many a 3-to-4-hour hike to reach waterfalls less beautiful than Watersong Falls. The switchback path behind the house enabled us to walk to the very base of the falls. Several fishing fans in the group caught-and-released trout there! Finally, the house served us well as base camp for many adventures in the area: dining, antique stores, and coffee shops in Ellijay, even more of these in nearby Blue Ridge, GA, tubing on the Catecay River, and seeing the breathtaking Amicalola Falls. One of our few challenges was with getting packages delivered to the house, but it worked out.

Amazing family vacation!!

The listing for this cabin is spot on!! Walking outside and hearing a waterfall day and night was like a dream. The pictures of the cabin are right on too. Everything was so nice. Our family had a great time playing pool and enjoying nightly fires in the fire pit. They gave us enough wood for 2 nights and that was perfect for our stay. I asked many questions about the area before and during our stay and always got a quick response. I can totally see us coming back.

Waterfall elegance

We were a group of 8 adults that loved the property and accommodations. So serene and inviting. It was appointed very nicely. We were a bit disappointed in the cleanliness. We had to clean some bathroom sinks and showers and rewash towels that were stained. The oven was very dirty. We are saddened that people seem to disrespect rental property. We made the necessary adjustments and would certainly recommend this property highly. Thanks for your hospitality.

Stunning property

From the moment you walk in the door you k ow you have arrived at a special place. The waterfall and views are magnificent. I have never seen anything like it! Unfortunately, the house was dirty. Upon check- in, we found a dead spider and grit between the sheets in one of the beds. The oven and grill were filthy. The master shower had mildew. I could continue with a litany of things that needed to be cleaned. I reached out to the management company, and they offered to come back and re-clean the property. With 8 people in the house, it would be impossible, so we cleaned some of it ourselves. We truly hope the owners take cleanliness seriously and do an extensive cleaning. The dirt really overshadowed the spectacular beauty of the property and home.

Lovely Contemporary Mountain Getaway!

The property location is amazing! The amenities inside the home were perfect for our family. The kitchen literally has everything you could ask for her and is very well stopped with pots, pans, and utensils .. coming from a family of avid cooks! The constant sound of the waterfall behind the house was the perfect backdrop for family conversations around the fire pit and outdoor yoga. It's only 15 to 20 minutes into town and grocery shopping. Doordash does deliver :-) As a note, the 5th room (bunk bed room) is really only suitable for kids; it's tucked into the equivalent of closet, but does have a tv. Book this property, you will not be disappointed!

Property exactly as pictured. This is second stay with this rental company in Waterfall. Different home, both beautiful. First home was spotless. This home needs a deep cleaning. Beds were comfortable. Waterfall is amazing. We traveled with 7 adults and we all had our own space, large and beautiful home. Definitely stay again!

Amazing Backyard Waterfall

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family Spring Break getaway. The waterfall in the backyard was amazing. It was close enough to downtown Ellijay but far enough away that we had deer in the front yard multiple days. The owner was prompt to respond when we had an issue with housekeeping and the hot tub. We would stay again.
