Great staff and good breakfast. Only issue I have is the very thin walls and ceilings. I hear every talk or noise made by people next to me. Also, I hear everyone who walks above me.

Miserable stay

The check-in was fine. The room was clean, well maintained and up to date. The bed however was horrible! There was still a winter comforter on the bed and the room was hot at night. The pillows were flat and lumpy. Two pillows still didn’t equal one regular pillow. The next day the towels were never changed and we had to go downstairs to get towels because no one would answer the phone. The bed was never straightened. No one had ever checked the room. We took the blanket off the bed and used beach towels I had in the car. Room looked nice when we got there but looks were definitely deceiving.

I enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had were guests above us that kept running across the floors late into the evening. That was not the hotel’s fault, just rowdy guests.
