Featuring a quaint desert-inspired decor and a private patio with an outdoor dining area, this dog-friendly home is ready to make your stay unforgettable. Inside, the first floor features an open floor plan where the living room, dining area, and kitchen are seamlessly combined to provide a comfortable and colorful living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with great appliances that will make cooking a breeze, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave. The convenient breakfast bar offers four high stools in addition to a more formal dining table that seats six.

Feeling cold? Throw some logs into the wood-burning fireplace and let the fire warm up the place in the blink of an eye. The living area offers a comfortable setting with a sofa, two armchairs, and a flatscreen TV. This floor also features two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a laundry nook. One of the bedrooms has a desk in case you plan on working and/or studying during your stay. The upstairs bedroom has its own balcony with two chairs and an ensuite full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
