The coating in the bathtub was peeling off so that wasn't pleasant. We had to get maintenance to remove the closet door as it got stuck and blocked off the bathroom. Other than that, hotel was very clean, staff were exceptionally accomodating.

Came into our room which was so full of cigarette smoke got a new room, horrible bed. Not friendly or warm staff, room forever to get signed in. Hot tub out of use. Not impressed. Was not worth the money

I found my suite to be quite nice had a kitchen, ciffee maker, balcony and the bed was very comfortable. I wasnt fussy on the shower. Although it was a great concept (rainfall), it made cleaning off the soap on the lower part of your body difficult. It could have benefitted from a hand held as well. We were told at checkin that the pool was open every day till 10. We checked in Sunday night and when we went to swim on Monday after walking the West Edmonton mall we found out it was closed for maintenance. The pool did not open again until Thursday (the day we were leaving) which makes me think they only open the pool on weekends. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel, pool shut down for maintenance, had a suite with a kitchenette and washer/dryer. Entire hotel woken up at 5:45 am because someone decided to smoke in the hallway so the fire alarms went off and the fire department showed up.

Very Decent!
Decent hotel with excellent service, easy check in/check out, friendly staff, courtyard pool was not mentioned online but was very cute. We were given an upgrade to a suite which was lovely. Enjoyed having attached Denny’s (excellent service/staff there too). Older hotel but fairly clean and modern-Would definitely stay again.

First room could not lock front door, we showed up late and did not realize that our below grade room had an unlocked sliding window, until the next morning.... homeless guy was over by the garbage cans all 3 days we were their. Second room had blood stains on the comforter, not washed. Will never stay in a Sandman again

Be prepared to walk many steps to and from the room as well as up & down stairwells as there is not an elevator. The 2 of us are in our 70s, much to expect us to carry our heavy luggage up & down the stairwells. The room was clean.
