You'll be staying in the Rosario neighborhood of Orcas Island. We are located just a half mile from Moran State Park, the gem of Orcas Island, with over 6,000 acres of pristine forests, lakes, and trails. Cascade Lake, with hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, and swimming is just a short walk or drive away.
The historical Rosario Resort is also just a few minutes away. The marina and Cascade Bar and Grill are open, while the historic mansion, restaurant, and spa are undergoing renovations.
Jump in the car, and you're only a few minutes from Eastsound, where cafes, shops, and music are happening.

Master Bedroom: Located upstairs, the master bedroom ensuite offers a private balcony overlooking the East Sound. There is a large walk-in closet, and master bathroom.

Bedroom #2: With a water view and private balcony, the WaterView Guest bedroom offers you comfortable stay with a shared bathroom with the other guest bedroom located upstairs.

Bedroom #3: Also located upstairs, the Guest Bedroom ensuite offers a cozy room with a large closet and pocket door to the attached bathroom.

Flex Room (Lower Level): On the lower level of the house, we have a fourth space with two twin trundle beds and large closet. The oversized windows offer beautiful views of the Madrona trees and water views in the distance.

Living Room: The Great Room is the heart of Palisades Villa. With soaring ceiling and windows, water views are enjoyed while gathering with family. The wood fireplace is in the center with an open design to the dining area and kitchen beyond.

Kitchen: Our large kitchen on the main level has an open floor plan with island-seating and quartz countertops. With plenty of small appliances for cooking meals, electric cooktop and wall oven, meals are made easy with space for many hands!

Office Study: With water views and a fireplace, the office is an inviting place to cozy up with a book or work on the computer. The couch opens to a comfortable queen mattress for extra sleeping space for larger groups.

Family Room (Downstairs): The third level provides a large TV and game room for family gatherings. The large sectional couch seats 6-8 with another small couch for extra seating. With a game table and wood stove, its a great space for young people and game-night!

Maps to Moran State Park and Orcas Island are at the house, so you can easily find the trails and roads to your next adventure.
We definitely recommend having a car for getting here and far-flung adventures. But once you're at Palisades Villa there's much you can access with a healthy walk or bike ride!
