Cute and cozy. Bathtub flow was not so good. Wish it had more to do. Onsite restaurant was closed so no food available not much to do or eat. If you k ow how to cook pack groceries. It needs for activities and bar/food.

Not a good stay

My recent stay was a mixed bag, to say the least. While the overall experience was good, there were some major issues with the villa we were assigned. First off, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The mattress was so soft that my partner and I barely slept the first two nights, and we woke up with significant back pain. On top of that, the soundproofing was a serious problem. Our downstairs master bedroom was right below the upstairs bathroom, and we could hear everything—showers running, people walking around, and even conversations. The noise from the pipes was especially disruptive. It was so bad that we had to ask the guests upstairs to avoid showering when we were trying to sleep. I've stayed here before, and last year's experience was perfect. But this time, despite being told the villa was fully renovated, it fell short of expectations.

Overall the stay was very pleasant and the staff was extremely courteous. When certain amenities such as paper towels or detergent were missing, they replenished it pretty quickly. There was a towel shortage by the pools but otherwise we were totally satisfied.

Upon our arrival, checking into our room, we noticed the covers pull back on our bed like it was not made. We decided to check the other areas of the villa and noticed the kitchen was not cleaned and the downstairs bathroom was not clean. We notified front desk and had to wait for them to find us another villa. It was an inconvenience because we already had to arrive late and then be presented with that and then have to wait for another villa.

The floors in the room were horrible. Likely not mop cleaned in weeks (lightly vacuumed im sure). It was so bad that the three people staying in the room had to throw way our blackened socks after settling in on day 1. I do not recommend staying here. The expedia reviews are false or outdated. This is 100% true. On a positive note the front desk staff is absolutely wonderful.
