Family and Fun 2025

We have stayed on this property for 3 years in a row, and experience has been very good. However, things have changed a little. When extra towels were needed we were told to use the washing machines provided and toilet paper we only had 1 one for the duration of our stay which was 5 days. Despite these hiccups we enjoyed our stay and used the surrounding areas to shop for our necessities.

Pro- Had an amazing weekend with my family , friendly and personable staff , loved the updated villa although TV was outdated. Villa was clean and extremely comfortable. Pool areas were nice and clean and very relaxing. Only Con- the outside of the villa buildings were extremely dirty they need a power wash and gutters need cleaning.

Our first night the refrigerator wasn’t getting cold. Maintenance came by and said they could fix it the next day which was unacceptable due to we had yogurt and milk for the kids which would go bad. Maintenance came back with another refrigerator after11:00pm. The next day while watching a movie the TV would go back to the start page on the fire stick. After renting a fire stick we were able to see the TV with no issues. We come to the Pocono Villas often and have a really great time. This is the first time we have had an issue. Everyone is so nice and respond to any concerns we may have. We look forward to coming back again next month.

I would not recommend staying here. Staff at check in office are on some strange power trip. The resort fee is outrageous, the gutters have plants growing out of 2 ft high- the units are covered in algae and mold, I had giant spider crickets in my room, you hear every tiny peep from neighboring units. It was a very overpriced less than average stay. I felt like I was in the projects.
