To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be directed to Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso “Boarding Pass” with your Guest Access information.

It's a family-friendly area with a mix of rural and suburban living, perfect for a peaceful lifestyle.

Getting Around:
Guests can travel by car, bike, or walking to get around. Major highways, such as I-69 and I-96, are nearby and provide easy access to other parts of Michigan. Residents can also take advantage of the natural beauty of the area by biking or walking along the many trails and pathways located throughout the township. Ride-sharing services such as Uber or Lyft are also available in the area.

• Important Notice for Local Residents: To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests, local residents booking this property will be subject to further verification. This includes providing valid email addresses, phone numbers, and identification for every guest. Additionally, local residents are not permitted to book within 3 days of their intended stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

• Kayaks can be used between hours of 12pm-7pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day and we require all renters to sign a Kayak Rental Waiver. Guests are responsible for maintaining the propane tank and firewood is not provided.

• The property does not exchange or fill the propane tank after each guest use.

• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost as it covers more than just minor wear and tear. For reservations longer than 30 nights, a refundable security deposit will also be required. Please note that this does not apply to Airbnb reservation.

Enjoy a complimentary starter kit of guest supplies, including coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Additional supplies are the guests responsibility.

• For cancellations, please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, a 4% credit card processing fee will be deducted. This policy does not apply to Airbnb reservations.

• Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly room! Please keep the following things in mind: Pet fees apply: $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month. Pets must be potty-trained dogs. We prefer dogs under 50 lbs but can be flexible, reach out to us for exceptions. Please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors (hair, waste, etc.). Keep your dog on a leash in common areas, some guests may not love pets as much as we do! Violating these rules may result in eviction without a refund.
