Ok but dated decor

The room was big but the decor was dated. There was a large stain in the carpeting in the middle of the floor. The bed seemed short in length compared to beds in other hotels.

I usually have no problem with check in and using tap..but this time it was a lady with a attitude (Iykyk) that clearly had pink eye (eww) that said I was not allowed to use my tap. She was…such a bad look for us and the establishment.

Staff was friendly, nice, dedicated. The area is safe. The room was very clean and nice. The last day of our stay, the carpet was wet, from tub leaking. Staff reported it immediately. I will continue to stay at hotel when I'm in this area.

Nice hotel, terrible casino

Very nice, comfortable, clean, quiet hotel. I don’t have anything good to say about the casino and agree with other reviews that slots are extremely tight. Atmosphere was smoky, very crowded and elderly and/or low income folks…just not a fun environment.

There is no slipper in your room. They will charge you 10$ for 2 mini bottle of water and 3 cup of coffee in your room which is weird. There is another coffee machine in lobby which is not free. Overall hotel condition is acceptable.

It is a place to stop they had rooms casino was smoking and people were chain smoking all over so that was a bit too much at times. Lots of reserved slots machines but no one playing so that was a thing. We had some light night food and it was just okay not bad. Automatic coffee at front desk made me a cup of scalding hot water instead of a coffee I just left rather than waiting in line at the front desk trying for a refund. Lastly the casino had a few NPC s just wondering around never playing just there it was creepy sitting down next to you and staring at your play. Happened twice so….
