Several outlets were inoperable. The mirror light in the bathroom worked like a strobe light. The dead bolt lock would not lock. When I notified the desk that I considered it a severe security risk, they didn’t seem to think it mattered as long as the door was locked and required a card to open it. Everyone knows how easy it is to get a card that works. That’s why doors also have dead bolt locks. I was there 2 nights. The situation was never addressed.

One of the nicest hotels at this price point that I have been in in a long time. Close to the Durango Silverton Train which is why we were here. Great breakfast and staff. Bed was a little uncomfortable but rooms was immaculate!

The hotel was just fine. When we checked in there was lots of confusion with customers in front of us. That make me a little nervous, but worked out fine for me. It had everything that was promised. Pool fine), hot tub (lots of floating ick), workout room (elliptical, rowing machine, incumbent bike, weights), and breakfast (some hot items with a good variety of continental choices and employee working breakfast was very friendly). It was new and clean . Ice machines were broken when we got there but were fixed quickly.
