The room was clean but the one was definitely not up today dad was comfortable sheets was playing they don't have no hair dryer the remote didn't work for the TV

Decent but could be better

Overall, for a “cheap” room; I would say it checked the box! The room didn’t have any air conditioning on so the room was hot and smelled like it had been shut up for a while. The exterior of the facility looked as if it was abandoned. We were only 1 room of about 7 booked. Things could use a good cleaning and updating

We chose to stay here because yall had a pool. It was completely empty, and we were not informed of this. At all. We found out when we got there to get in the pool. We were not informed that all the construction was going on either.

Ongoing renovations give hope

As with the last time I stayed, there was a big crack in the bathroom, this time in the shower. The soap dish was hanging by a thread. The mirror was also cracked, but comfort and cleanliness were in good supply. I was a little disappointed to see a couple of roaches this time: one adult and one baby, seen on different days. There's a nice room for breakfast, but they only offer coffee and juice. That wasn't a problem for me this time, but it's another way in which the property has unrealized potential.

Every room they put us in had roaches. The refrigerator and microwave didn’t work due to electrical issues. The receptionist were friendly and expressed concern for having to be moved. If the receptionist were to go to a more clean hotel, I would go to the one where the staff was at due to their level of concern.

Room Conditions Upon Arrival

I didn’t like how the room had burn holes in the sheet, burn marks from cigarettes on the sink, smoke stains in the shower curtain, and cracked mirror above the jacuzzi. Not to mention the tv didn’t even work. On a positive side the bed itself was very comfortable, and the jacuzzi tub in the room was incredible. There seemed to have been a remodel done at one point, but the overall appearance of the room was lack luster when my husband and I arrived for our stay. Staff was great and friendly.

Nightmare

We have two small dogs (less than 20 lbs). We had to pay a $40 pet fee. Pet fee was not disclosed at time of online booking. Bed was broken. Bathtub was broken. Hotel is run down

Horrible stay

Bed bugs and roaches. When we complained the maintenance man screamed at us and called the police. Completely unprofessional. The maid killed the bug and denied there being one. I was on the phone with one of your customer service associates when this happened.
