Pet Friendly at Duck Creek
The cabin was built using available space well. Floors were a bit noisy but it's a cabin so not unexpected. Cabin was clean enough only eating utensils needed cleaning. Parking is a slight challenge due to steepness, just don't stop before you get to the top and you'll be fine. Fire pit and bbq were great. You might want to bring something to split wood.

Uncomfortable
Great location. Great time fishing and 4wheeling. Master bedroom mattress was horribly uncomfortable. Woke up repeatedly throughout the night and with back pain each morning. You can even see the impressions in the mattress where 2 bodies sleep. Couches are dirty. Washing machine did not work when we were relying on it. No water to it. Difficulty reaching the guest contact for concerns during our stay.

Cancelled
Unfortunately, our stay was cancelled an hour prior to check in. The property manager called and said the property had not been cleaned and the washing machine was broken. Because of this they would not let us check in. The property manager tried to get ahold of the owner but was unsuccessful in fixing the issues. We scrambled for hours with no help from VRBO or evolve because same day check ins on a rental booking is not allowed. Thankful to another rental company for coming in last minute or else we would have had no where to stay.

Wonderful cabin in the pines!
We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin during our family trip to Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. The property is exactly as described. We had many deer sightings in the surrounding area. It was amazing seeing the fall foliage. We wish we could have stayed there longer. Thank you!

Great Cabin! We loved everything about it.
The cabin was very easy to get to. Location was beautiful without any other cabins in site. Close to 14/89 as well as Duck Creek Village. No issues with any appliances, etc. The only thing was that there was only one Towel in the place. We decide it was ok because we were only there two nights, otherwise we would have called.

Location is great and close to town. Nestled by tons of trees and you can hear the creek in the morning. It was a really nice time for my wife our 2 boys and I. Go have a great time! You can go to many of the national parks surrounding you or head to Navajo lake which we did multiple times. House really had everything you need and than some!

Great 4 Night Stay
This was a great cabin for two adults and two teens, about an hour, easy drive to both Bryce and Zion. The cabin itself was really clean and had almost everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner (lunch was out on hikes). One thing I felt it could have used was a griddle or large pan to make pancakes, which I suggested while we were there for anyone coming after us. We very much enjoyed the wrap around porch, and the fire pit at night under the stars was perfect. As an FYI the driveway is a somewhat steep u-shape, but is flat where you would actually park and unload. Not really room for more than 2 cars/suv though depending on size. For reference we had a Grand Cherokee and probably 2 would fit fine. I have to mention before the trip I reached out to the property manager Leandra with some questions, and she could not have been more helpful and went out of her way to be at the property and call me on the obit so she could answer my questions in real time and ask if there was anything else we needed like extras towels, etc. Amazing. Also, our first day there the water heater went out, and it was fixed by the time we got back from hiking on day 2. Overall we were impressed with this property and it’s management. Would highly recommend staying here, we had an awesome trip.

Great family property & beautiful views
Quiet nice location. Cabin was roomy and beautiful views from deck. A few suggestions: mattress pads, more pillows, kitchen items (2 larger skillets, set of mixing bowls, a couple serving bowls, plastic glasses or solo cups, larger measuring cup), and a few plastic stackable chairs for the deck.

Beautiful cabin
Beautiful cabin in great location in duck Creek. As mentioned in the post, road in is a little rough but definitely passable from any direction - someone in our party had no issues in a Carrolla. House is gorgeous, perched high up with great views. Great well water, quiet, peaceful and comfy on cold spring nights. Biggest impeovemt needed is the beds. They are awful. This is mentioned in multiple other reviews and you really should fix it. Kitchen also needs some additional large pots and pans - it was difficult to cook for the group on the tiny provided cookware. Few furniture additions would make the place much nicer inside and out. Otherwise had a really great 9 night stay.

What a beautiful remote cabin in the Dixie National Forest. Located right between Zion and Bryce .
Wonderful, quiet place. Took my parents on vacation and it was a perfect, remote spot. Place was beautiful with great amenities. Saw lots of wildlife throughout Duck Creek and people in the village were very friendly. Beautiful views from the deck and star gazing at night was mind-blowing. Would definitely return.

Great Location
Duck creek community beautiful. Very nice cabin. We used as home base to visit national parks. Kids loved pool table. Kitchen well stocked with salt pepper oil etc. cabin was clean nice and well maintained. We never spoke to property manager, just followed directions and it was smooth. Cabin was a bit more rustic than pictures imply, but no complaints. It was clean very spacious. Tons of TVs although we didn’t use them much. We loved the sitting out on the deck. I highly recommend. It was perfect for our family of five. Would have still worked well for a family of 7 or 8

Midway Between Zion and Bryce Plus Peaceful and Quiet
We were very pleased with this unit and it’s location. It is located inside Dixie National Forest so you have access to trails nearby. It took us 1 1/2 hours to get to Zion and 1 hour to get to Bryce so it’s a great midway location. The unit itself is clean and cutely decorated and there were many little amenities which provided all of the basics we needed. We were also pleased how quiet the area was. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends!!

Quiet, out of the way
This property was very comfortable and quiet. More than big enough for our group. Wet clean and well appointed. I will say that the pictures of the property are a little misleading. It sort of looks like the drive is level with the cabin. But there’s actually a significant dip where the path to the door is. When I parked my truck in that spot it was a good three feet down to the ground. Without shifting into 4wd I had difficultly climbing out of that dip. Definitely would not want to try it in a minivan. But it wasn’t really issue for our stay.
