I waited over a hour to get towels, which I never received. Check was slow, only 1 person at the desk. The bathroom shower seemed like it was about to fall apart

Over all the stay was good.My only complaint was that I had set up for two King Size Bed Rooms and I got 1 king and 1 with two double beds. and the only reason I was disappointed is that we are not small people. Other than that I really enjoyed the stay and the Casino

The hair dryer in the bathroom was not working. We were there only for one night. The room was very spacious - and so was the bathroom. Except that the toiletries were not in large dispensers that one typically sees in hotels but the tiny sample size. For the sake of convenience we would go back again.

I will be back soon.everything was good house keeping was great she's a tall slender lady of color..I don't remember her name. Only issue it was so cold in there casino ,and some stores doesn't open until Tuesday.or Weds. Sugar factory food was good . overall I give 4-star.
