Hiccup from the beginning

Check in was a bit of a hiccup because we called earlier that day and were told we could most definitely check in at 1:00. We arrived at 3:30 and were told we had to wait due to the night before having a full house and workers calling out. We were able to check in and our toilet bowl area had not need cleaned. Someone did come and clean it but that was a setback. The rest of the stay was great.

Perfect stay as usual. No complaints. Free breakfast would be a big plus. The bed seemed different this time and wasn’t that good. Overall, it’s my go to hotel for shopping and dining near by.

Our stay was only overnight while traveling to our vacation destination. The rooms were very clean, staff was friendly and the pool was very clean and nice. Most comfortable beds and linens!!!

Immediately upon checking in the staff seemed very uninterested in assisting us. Then upon entering our room we noticed the room was barely clean. Smudge marks all over the mirrors, the headboards of the beds had something on parts of them. Hair on the pillows and hand towels that looked used. The pullout bed was stained and full of crumbs from food. The bathroom was old and dingy along with all of the furniture. Pics are misleading. We were extremely disappointed with the quality and cleanliness overall. Even our kids were grossed out. Instead, we left as the whole vibe of the place was gross. Would not reccomend. We've stayed in a lot of Hiltons and this was the worst.

When we arrived, we checked in and went to our room where we noticed it was a double queen room that was handicap accessible. I booked a king regular room. I went back to the person that checked us in and he said it came through their system that we booked a double queen. I even showed him my confirmation that is was supposed to be a king. He stated there were no king rooms available. We didn’t have time to look for anywhere else so we just accepted the room. One of the shower knobs fell off as soon as I touched it. Not the most updated to cleanest looking rooms. Don’t plan on staying there again.
