In the winter, it's just 5 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Dillon plows its Marina Park walking paths in the winter. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon and the new lake ice and hockey rink. You can also book an ice fishing adventure or bring your own license and gear.
In the summer, walk right out to Lake Dillon and Marina Park. Also an easy walk to the Dillon Amphitheater with shows from June into September. The Summit County Recreation Path is just across the street and has over 55 miles of paved trails to take you to all towns and activities in the area. The Dillon Marina is just a few blocks away with sailboat and pontoon boat, SUP and kayak rentals. Walk to restaurants, brewpub and parks.
