"Our family stayed here during Spring Break to ski at A- Basin. The description of the property was clear and accurate. The instructions for parking and entrance to the property were easily followed. Check out instructions were also clear. The locker was large and held our ski equipment with plenty of extra room. The property was clean and comfortable. It was a short distance from the Dillon Reservoir Trail, which was nice as well. We enjoyed our stay and would like to stay here again on our next trip to the area!" -Gina C.

And FYI, we're just 11.5 miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slopes to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year – in June!

Perfect Base for Ski Vacation
We stayed here over Christmas holiday to go skiing and it was the perfect base for our vacation. The place was very clean, had plenty of space for our family of four and was well equipped. The garage and storage locker were perfect for getting loaded to hit the ski hill and the location was great, close to restaurants and the hills. In short it was perfect.

Would Stay Again!
Stayed two nights and overall enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and looked brand new. The only thing I would point out is that overnight parking around Dillon is sparse and there’s only one garage space designated for the condo. The condo did have paper permits you could fill out to use and park in the outside lot though.

We were very pleased with the renting process,. The unit was nice and comfortable. Loved the underground parking 😊. Getting harder to find inside parking for our large vehicle. Please buy more user friendly mats at the door. Just a little thing.

Enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and great location. Covered parking and ski gear storage closet were such nice perks. Close to ski areas, stores, and dining. Odd smell coming from laundry area - assume a drain line was backed up. Didn’t impact our stay, just a bit strange.

Great Spacious Condo
My friend and I really enjoyed staying in your condo. Great location. Loved being able to park inside a garage. The beds were super comfortable. Only Con: Our flight was delayed getting into Denver airport. A welcomed package with coffee and bottled water would have been nice. Also we got really warm in condo, even though we lowed the temp on the thermostat, the temperature inside the condo did not change. We had to open the sliding door to let in some cooler air.

Awesome location
We had a wonderful time in Dilon. We loved the proximity of rented apartment to grocery stores, restaurants and especially ski lifts. The apartament had everything we needed, was well supplied, clean and cozy. We would stay there again!!

One of the newer condo buildings in the area. Terrific location only a few blocks from the Dillon Amphitheatre and Marina. Roomy floorplan, comfy beds, very clean throughout. Would definitely stay here again if in Dillon.

Perfect condo for summer concerts at Lake Dillon
We were in town to see 2 shows at the Dillon Amphitheater. The condo was in walking distance of the venue and downtown. There is no A/C in this unit, but the evenings were cool enough to be able to leave the windows open and get a breeze. The complex is new and the parking garage was easy to access. The unit is on the 2nd floor which was nice and there is a great porch that looks onto the mountains. The master bed mattress is definitely on the firm side so keep that in mind if you prefer a softer sleep. All in all, it was a great place to stay in Dillon!

Great clean place but screen door needs to be fixed
We loved the area and the place is so well maintained. Super clean and updated. Only negative was that there was a small hole in the screen door to the patio. I wanted to leave the door open with the screen closed to let air in (bc it’s hot and like most places there is no AC). But there was always this neighbor’s cat in front of it and I was afraid it would sneak in! And I’m not a fan of cats. So I would have to put a large pillow in front of the screen door just to make sure the cat didn’t go inside.

Beautiful Condo ~ Great Location
We rented this beautiful condo for my daughters sunrise wedding at Loveland Pass Lake and were very, very happy with our choice. Easy instructions and access to property and was perfectly appointed. It was clean. The beds & pillows were very comfortable, unlike most hotel stays. The pictures reflected the property well and we had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. Beautiful mountains views and a short walk to Lake Dillon right around the bend. We loved it and would definitely rent this again!
