"Our family stayed here during Spring Break to ski at A- Basin. The description of the property was clear and accurate. The instructions for parking and entrance to the property were easily followed. Check out instructions were also clear. The locker was large and held our ski equipment with plenty of extra room. The property was clean and comfortable. Scenic Dillon is minutes from everything and Sail Lofts is just a free shuttle ride (<100 yds) to Colorado's famed resorts, trails and natural wonders. And FYI, we're just 11.5 miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slopes to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year – in June!

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. No smoking/no pets. Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind.
