Dillon’s central location on the Dillon Reservoir make this condo a fantastic choice any time of year! It’s an easy stroll to town and the Dillon Marina. In the winter, Keystone Resort is just seven miles away, and there’s a free shuttle bus stop to the resort that’s a 3-minute walk from the condo. Marina Place Condo is a great choice for you and your group!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo has a great layout for up to six people. The spacious living area is well lit by big windows; there’s a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV, too. Just outside, there’s a patio for relaxing and taking in the views of the Dillon Marina! The full kitchen features quartz counters and all the gear you’ll need to whip up snacks and full mountain meals. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for three at the counter. There's a private gas grill on the deck, too.

Other amenities a shared indoor pool and hot tub, onsite laundry facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for two vehicles. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Nice location, could use a couple refreshes

All in all this is a nice condo for the price point. Great location. Place was clean upon arrival and check-in was easy. Would be nice to have hand soap provided in the bathrooms. Also, the sliding glass door to the deck is very difficult to open. A quick repair would be nice. One hot tub is out of service and the other with the small pool are serviceable but not outstanding.

Enjoyable vacation in Dillon…

Good location in Dillon, easy access to main highways. Located in quiet residential area with partial view of Lake Dillon. Condo was clean and tidy, with all the required facilities. Unfortunately, the condo could do with TLC - broken blinds (crudely repaired with sticky tape), carpet marks in few areas and a missing tile on the master bedroom bathroom floor. As a result of raising these issues with the property agents a 10% refund was accepted. The aforementioned did not detract from a wonderful Colorado vacation with great skiing.

Spacious, comfortable, clean, convenient

This place is perfect, and the property management people are terrific. We particularly liked the location, which is 15 minutes from Keystone and just a few minutes from groceries, restaurants, and other shopping. The layout is great, with a bench just inside the door to put on and take off boots. There's plenty of room, and although there were only two of us, the place could comfortably accommodate four. I hope we can stay here again.

Convenient condo by Dillon Reservoir

Great location and decent view. Good supply of paper/soap. Cleanliness was average. Awkward access to deck. Communication difficult. It took 45 minutes to straighten out confusion about rental agreement before we could check in. A phone call the day before from them would have helped clarify situation.

Pros; 1.Comfortable beds 2.Well equipped 3.Good central location to attractions 4. Mgt company very helpful Cons: 1. 30 steps to navigate no elevator may be issue for some 2. Master bath has shower only and it was very tiny and shower head very low. So if over 5.10 or girthy may be an issue

Lovely, cozy place!

We stayed for two nights and it was SO nice- exactly as described! We loved the proximity to A-basin and enjoyed exploring the small shops & general area in Dillon. All furniture was so comfortable! We especially enjoyed dipping in the hot tub after a long day of skiing, since it was only a 2 min. walk away from our door.

Cozy with a great hot tub!!

This was a nice property for the price. It was clean and good sized and made us feel like we were in the mtns during Xmas Break. I think this was one of the best hot tubs we've experienced at a VRBO. It was hot, clean and indoors. The location of the property was perfect for the garage too. I'd stay here again.

Just an okay stay

We stayed in the area before but this was our first time in this condo. The view and location are awesome. The property is nice but there are some areas that could use improvement. When they say “hotel starter kit” it means a couple of tiny hotel size shampoos and conditioners and tiny bar soap. Do not expect anything else. The kitchen had very minimal basic items such as plates, silverware, silver ware and a few appliances. There were no extra kitchen towels, dish clothes and the fridge and pantry were completely bare, so do not expect anything else. And while it’s not required, there were absolutely no welcoming touches to speak of, the balcony table hadn’t been cleaned in some time, old water marks and food left on table. And beware, you must take a big step down from the windows/sliding glass doors to access the balcony.

We really enjoyed the property. The location is ideal and the views are beautiful. There is no washer and dryer in the apartment so you have to lug your laundry up and down to the basement. There were plenty of dishes and silverware, but sparse with usable pots and pans

First and Last Visit to Dillon Marina Place

To begin, the unit is great. Excellent location, very spacious, and clean upon arrival. Unfortunately, the check-in and communication experience ruined our first night there. After not receiving welcome instructions which would include the code to get into the property, our group was left bouncing from support call to support call- with both VRBO and Summit Mountain Rentals- all while standing in the cold trying to enter a locked lobby. We attempted to message the host, but they never responded until the following day. And when they did respond, they provided us welcome instructions to an entirely different property than what we booked. Ultimately, we never received our welcome information and we only received our door code because of a very nice Summit Mountain Rentals employee named Lauren. We didn’t know the wifi password for the first 3 days, we had to find it ourselves through the TV. And when we reached out about instructions for leaving, we never heard anything. Communication is paramount to ensuring guests feel safe and supported during their stay. The fact we had 0 communication means we will not be returning to the property and we will ensure our own friends and family avoid this property for future use as well.
