Fishing trip
Overall, this property was fine for what we needed. Mainly just a place to sleep and shower and fix breakfast. I will say that there needs to be dish towels and potholders added to the kitchen. There was nothing of the sort.

Great View
This property was a gem, sitting less than 1/4 mile from the walk/bike trails with a view of the marina. Great for our family of 5. Property management was responsive and checked back in with us after quickly helping us resolve the issue. i hope to stay here again.

Location
We enjoyed our stay. It's very Rumi.Had plenty of beds. had a back area that was quiet and nice and dark if needed for sleeping. The view of lake Dylan was great.I just wish they would have had some outdoor furniture so we could have set out a front.

Terrible communication with Vacasa
Dirty, sticky floors, inoperable refrigerator,(ruined our food) no cleaning supplies, watered down liquid hand soap, thin towels, etc, etc. Vacasa did not assist with any of the above issues, other than to send multiple auto generated texts. They entered the property without our permission.

Perfect for our needs in Dillon
We found exactly what we needed in this VRBO. The description and pictures accurately described what we would be getting, and we did! The kitchen had all the necessary gadgets, water was hot!, showers and washers worked well. plenty of back stock (towels, tissue, etc). The living room worked great for our youngsters, while the older folks could hang in the dining room. Brita Filter was an unexpected bonus. Two things to note: most of the chairs are tall! great for sitting, not so great for putting on boots, etc. and the driveway is steep. you will likely need a 4wd in winter anyway... but know that some vehicles will be challenged by the grade. Wonderful Stay! Would Stay Again!

Incredible experience, property was excellent
My business partner and I took his two 19 year old twin boys for a senior trip skiing. House was in perfect location. Best view of sunrise with coffee in the morning. Close to everything but not right on top of other property’s. We will be renting this house again. 👍

Property in dangerous condition, nearly caused injury. Poor air quality. Management unreasonable.
I would strongly caution against renting at this property, or from Vacasa in general. The unit was left in dangerous condition and with unsatisfactory air quality. Management was unresponsive and failed to offer reasonable resolution. When we checked into this property, there was a badly damaged futon in the living room held together with duct tape. It collapsed and shattered into many very sharp pieces, one of which came extremely close to injuring one of us. The air quality inside the unit was also extremely poor--all of us including our dog experienced eye watering, coughing and sneezing while inside, which would resolve completely whenever we stepped outside. We attempted to contact Vacasa about these issues and had to complain to VRBO directly after they did not respond to three separate messages. After four days of attempting to get in contact with anyone from the property, a Vacasa representative finally responded. Her proposed resolution: they would remove the damaged piece of furniture (a moot point since it had already collapsed), send someone to inspect the ventilation, and offer a partial refund of 6% of the purchase price (yes, that's not a typo--six percent). When I responded that their proposed refund amount was not reasonable, they refused to offer any more and stopped responding to messages. No one ever came by to check on the air quality. We were forced to simply endure it. This was by far the worst hotel or rental experience of my life. Shame on Vacasa.

Weekend Getaway
Nice property in a great location! We were 2 adults and 2 kids with plenty of space to feel comfortable. We intended to bring our dog but ended up leaving her at home. The kitchen was on the smaller side but adequate for our needs with solid surface countertops and stainless steel appliances. Everything was clean, organized and beds were comfortable. I would've given it 5 stars except for the fact that some of the furniture was older and a bit worn out (ex: older TV with no access to online services such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, older sofa which sagged, etc.) and the kitchen furnishings (ex: cheap metal utensils and not enough of them, dull knives with no sharpener, no coffee or cooking oil, etc.). The kids also knocked over a bag of chips and we were unable to find a vacuum anywhere in the unit. I know these are somewhat minor complaints but they're also the type of things that separate 5 star stays from the rest. That being said, I would definitely stay here again, especially if we plan to bring our puppy with us!

Excellent location for summer stay.
This rental was so convenient to everything. We rented it in the summer for a biking trip. The beautiful recpath trail is right across the street and tons of shops and restaurants are only about a mile away. We spent a lot of time sitting out front relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view.

Be careful before you book this
I have never written a negative review before this. I feel obligated to share our experience because we feel that it was not advertised accurately. Several factors made us leave after 1 of 3 nights. We got there and were surprised to find it filled with second hand furniture, much of which was close to falling apart. Nice views from driveway but you cannot see them from the living room that has no windows and large fluorescent ceiling lights. It is a walkout basement apartment. Many of the pots and pans were falling apart and not fully clean. If this were dudes trip, it might suffice but certainly not a family spending a lot of money. Be careful before you book. FYI- we were given a refund for one night which we appreciated but in the end it was a small percentage of the total cost. We will not be going back.

It was fine
The exterior pictures of the home are a little misleading. It’s in the middle of a neighborhood and separated from the reservoir by a busy highway. There were a few things in poor condition: the kitchen faucet was broken, the dining room chairs were a little rickety, the small pullout bed was missing many support springs, and the carpet in the back room was a little sketchy. All that said, the location was great and the space served our family of 5 well. The price was reasonable. It just seemed like a rental which had been very rented.

Great spot across the lake
This was a great spot for us to stay on our ski trip. Very close to the resorts, town, and plenty of walking trails by the lake. Plenty of space in the apartment with very nice furnishings - although it's a slightly strange layout with the living room away from everything else (which wasn't a big deal at all). Other reviews mention the driveway which would have been difficult without 4x4 but we were properly warned ahead of time.
