Fantastic stay!
Cannot wait to stay here again! This hotel was an amazing stay for three adults and a baby. Room was very spacious. The room was very dark and quiet at night. The breakfast was fantastic! We enjoyed the pool even though it was a bit chilly. The whole hotel was clean. We were a little apprehensive when we arrived and they were doing renovations, but it did not interfere with our stay at all and cannot wait to go back and see what it is like when complete. Fantastic stay!

Checking in was very smooth. But the pool was closed even though I called and they said it was open. No bathtub just a shower whichs sucks and the water pressure was not good. Bed was way comfy and check oit eas smooth and fast.

We had 5 rooms booked for this hotel for a wedding. Called while we were on our way to see if we can get an early check in and was told they can get us into 1 room only because there was no other rooms available at 1 in the afternoon. While 10 of us waited in one room so we can get ready for wedding, we kept on checking with the lady at the front desk and we were told the same thing. No rooms available yet. I thought ok no biggie but kind of weird since they keep checking in other guests into their rooms. So finally at 2:50 they said the rooms were ready. As I was walking in the hallway I thanked the housekeeper for cleaning our rooms early so we could get in. She informed me that they have been ready since they were empty the night before. So we all waited for rooms that were ready the entire time. I had a feeling this was intentional for some reason. Very short with us as soon as we called for an early check in. Very short with us while waiting 2 hours for room last that were ready. The only good employees were the breakfast crew. They should be promoted to front desk

I reserved a room for my pregnant granddaughter and her husband for their 1 year anniversary. I thought I had got a room with a jetted tub so they could relax but I guess I didn't. When she checked in there was a sign on the counter saying ' the pool was closed for RENOVATION...' I said what bad timing because here in Michigan it was Dream cruise weekend, the middle of August and hot! One of the workers behind the desk ( I'm sorry I did not get her name) said it was not being renovated but she chose to close it for maintenance waiting for the pool person and said it was supposed to reopen. I guess it did but the problem is the front desk said the sign was never up in the first place. I went up in person the next day and was told someone would call me...that didn't happen. So in conclusion I will not use Expedia to rent a hotel room again because it seems they don't believe you unless you take pictures for proof.

A highly refreshing experience. The facility was comfortable. The employees were efficient and approachable. It was very clean and probably the first place which provided daily cleaning services.
