Silver Beach Towers is currently undergoing a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This project is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including the closure of certain common areas, restricted access to balconies, and balcony furniture being brought indoors. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. Just steps from both the first guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.
