In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. The moment you step into Silver Beach Towers West 1203 you will feel your relaxing vacation truly begin!

The Silver Beach Towers HOA has scheduled a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This work is projected to begin Monday, December 16, 2024 and is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including the potential for noise disturbance, closure of certain amenities, restricted access to balconies, and balcony furniture being brought indoors. Compass Resorts will work with guests affected by the construction to provide the best vacation experience possible.

Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.

The master bathroom features a jacuzzi bathtub, walk-in shower, and granite double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom, and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the stunning resort grounds. The private bathroom has granite countertops and a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle and also overlooks the resort grounds. Just steps away from the second guest bedroom and the living area is a guest bathroom that includes a granite vanity and walk-in shower.
