*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September 9th, 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. When you open the door to SunDestin 0708, you will be greeted by the fresh and airy coastal décor. Whether planning for home-cooked meals or preparing a quick snack for the beach, the well-equipped kitchen will meet your needs. The open dining/living room features comfortable seating for four guests around the table and well-appointed furnishings for kicking back and relaxing after a day at the beach or pool. Fall in love with expansive views of the Gulf as you step out onto the balcony and relax with a sunset.

Perfect for up to four people, recharge each night in the comfortable king-size bed located in the master bedroom while the kids relax in the queen sofa-sleeper in the living room. Flat-panel televisions are located in the living room and bedroom. This property includes one full and one half-bath for added convenience.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
