PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September 9, 2024. Please review the important details below to help you plan your stay:
-Construction will take place daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including weekends if required.
-Guests will likely experience construction noise and other inconveniences during these hours.
-Outdoor amenities will be closed until early June 2025, including:
-Outdoor Pool
-Outdoor Hot Tub
-Splash Pad
-Grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation.
-The indoor pool and gym will remain open during regular operating hours.
-This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation. All dates are subject to change due to weather conditions, labor availability, or supply chain issues.

The fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and plenty of counter and storage space provides the perfect area for making your favorite home-cooked meals. Enjoy a family dinner at the dining table, with seating up to six guests. Step into the spacious living room featuring a flat-screen television and a DVD player as well as comfortable seating, ideal for unwinding with your loved ones after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach or exploring all that Destin has to offer.
Panoramic coastline views of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you from the living room and balcony, with seating for three. The balcony is conveniently accessible from both the living room and bedroom. Sip on your morning coffee while listening to the tranquil sounds of the waves in the morning and experience unforgettable sunset views in the evening. This lovely one-bedroom vacation rental offers comfortable sleeping options for up to four people with a large king bed in the bedroom, along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
