This gorgeous condo on the 9th floor of the St. Lucia building features spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and, Destin and the bay! This immaculate 3 bedroom and 3 bath condo has been updated with shabby chic décor, all new furniture, paint and so much more! You will truly be vacationing in luxury in this home at the highly desired St. Lucia building in Silver Shells.

Each bedroom has floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views of the water. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and a full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and a full bathroom in the hallway with a walk-in shower. Around the corner is the beautiful master bedroom with a full bathroom featuring both a walk-in shower, tub and a separate vanities.

The condo faces West, so you will have a perfect sunset all year long! There is balcony access from the living area and guest bedrooms rooms. The living room has a full sized pull out sleeper sofa, so the condo will comfortably sleep 8.
The open living area features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, spacious living room and dining room, all with amazing views of the water. The laundry room has a full-size washer/dryer and is also conveniently located off the kitchen area.

Lucia building at Silver Shells Beach Resort has its own pool and hot tub. Beginning fall 2020 the lagoon pool will be seasonally heated. Other amenities also include a children’s pool, community hot tub, and free Wi-Fi. Also on-site is the World famous Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. Great condo

Condo was very accommodating for my girls trip with my mom and sister! Very clean and very nice! Comfy beds too!!! The only negative thing I can say so there was NO communication with the host. I reached out a few times with questions and got no response. Other than that, it was perfect!!!

Nice place!

The property has a beautiful view of the gulf and was clean. When we arrived, we noticed the smoke detector batteries had been taken out of the main bedroom. I messaged the company and Aron got right back to us. He came by and fixed that, and while he was there, he asked if we needed anything else- which was so nice. I had noticed that the microwave light over the stove was out and Aron said he’d run to Home Depot and get a bulb which he did. A few days later, one of the sinks became clogged. I messaged again, and again Aron got right on it. The company that owns this condo is very lucky to have him! The only negative I can say is that the skillets and baking dishes were in terrible shape. We had to go to Target and buy some new ones to cook. Other than that, we had a very nice stay.

Great Relaxing New Years

My family and I decided to take a quick getaway for New Years and we are happy we did. The unit was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. The views of the Gulf and the sunsets were amazing as well as the view of the firework shows in Destin Harbor. Aside from the one small hiccup when the curtain and curtain rod in the kitchen fell on my wife as she was making coffee, we had a great time! We plan to return again next year for New Years!

We typically stay at a waterfront location but this was just as good and we all agree that we would stay here again. The place was overall very clean and nice. The water in the kitchen does not get hot and the master tub was not all that clean. Other than these minor things everything here was just about perfect. Would absolutely recommend.

Best Family Vacation!!!

This Vrbo rental was the best!! The check in process was a breeze. The property and rental was very clean. This rental was spacious and more than enough for my family. The rental looked exactly like the pictures. Very nice!! The staff at this particular property was very nice and professional.

VERY PLEASED!

We’re used to staying at the St. Marten building and having the beach view and the elevator going straight to your room. But you actually did have a lovely view of the water from this condo and it was beautiful! We also enjoyed the view of the City and the strip! And it wasn’t a big deal taking an elevator we were just a bit spoiled. The walk to the pool was short and through the lovely gardens. The price difference between the two buildings makes this condo well worth it! It was very nicely decorated and well stocked. Even included roll away beds. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

1st Destin Trip

We absolutely loved our stay in Destin, and this condo was amazing. The sunset views off the balcony at night were unbeatable. The separation of the bedrooms was also much appreciated as we could not hear our teens at night. The decor was absolutely gorgeous and I believe this was my favorite layout of any condo we’ve previously stayed in. We wanted for nothing while we were here.

Our experience was good overall. The carpet in the condo is really dirty! Also, the garbage can lid was filthy. Few dirty spots on the living room furniture & some of the silverware in the kitchen drawer was dirty. Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves. The property & pool area was very clean!

Little disappointed

We have rented many condos and this one to us was not clean. The carpet was really dirty, the vents in the bathroom were disgusting, the shower curtain was moldy, the garbage can cover was just gross. There is mold in the showers on the grout. The unit lists the beds as queen... they were full size beds. Master was a king. The unit had everything we needed and we still did have a great time there. Would we rent your unit again... most likely not. The response on messages sent needs improvement from the renting management. I sent them this exact message with no response.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here! Everything was very pretty from the furniture to the beautiful views. However, the floor and showers were quite dirty, so our only issue was the cleanliness of the place. Other than that, we loved the other features in this condo! We would definitely stay here again if the place were cleaner next time :)

Well equipped condo in great location. The kitchen had everything you could ask for and living space was terrific. Would have liked a better view of the beach but was a quick walk. Liked the underground parking convenience and it was a beautiful place to stay.

Great property!

We had a great time at this property! It is perfectly located on the beach and near many restaurants, shopping, and activities. The property itself was modern and very clean. The only con about our experience was with the beach attendant. Our rental came with free beach chair and umbrella rentals, however there was some confusion with the beach attendant about whether or not the free rental applied with this particular property management company. After going back and forth with the attendant, he provided us with the rentals. Outside of that, everything else was perfect. Would definitely come back!
