Welcome to this beautiful three story condo building located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Step right out your door and walk to the Beautiful Beach. You will have your own private beach that is never crowded like the other high rise condo’s in the area. And you will have two beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for your personal use each morning during the summer months. Take the elevator to this beautiful, two-story loft condo featuring wood-look tile flooring thru-out. This spacious completely upgraded condo has 2 bedrooms with king size beds and 2 baths that are impressive. From the living/dining room, you have a sweeping view of the beaches from your private balcony overlooking the shimmering Gulf of Mexico. It also has a very nice wet bar and sleeper sofa. Upstairs, the master bedroom opens out to a second balcony. The master bath also opens out to a private balcony with a view of the city. You have your own washer and dryer in the condo, free WIFI, and a fully equipped updated kitchen. Come play in the beachfront heated pool and whirlpool or step out onto one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Lovely view and convenient location
We enjoyed our stay very much. The beach view from main floor and master bed both stunning. I will definitely come back to this unit. They have full sets of pots, pans and utensils, more than any other places I stayed. I wish they use electric lock instead of the keys. It was hard to open. That was the only complaint. Overall it was awesome place to stay!

Excellent area and condo. We loved the layout. It was great not having a overcrowded beach front! We would love to stay here again. My daughter in law loved her first visit to Destin! Great family vacation!

Great location and beautiful remodeled condo,,,literally steps to the beach with awesome parking underneath. Beach st up with umbrellas and chairs with no race to save them. Convenient to EVERYTHING in Destin all the way to Grand Boulevard . Ruth's Chris and Backporch are right at your door step. We will definitely stay here again !
