Overall, the property is in a great location. It is quiet but still has stuff to do. The amenities of the property were great. The property does have private beach access, but they put out chairs for people to rent right at the edge of the water that sit vacant so those who do not want to shell out $50 for 2 chairs have to sit behind the empty chairs. The unit itself was beautifully decorated with great views. Plenty of space for 3 adults and 3 kids. It was clean on the surface but the further we looked it was dirty. Dirty dishes from the previous guest were in the dishwasher. Found false eyelashes on the bathroom vanity. Living room TV did not work - not a huge issue because we spent the majority of the time in the pool. (Small pool across the street is definitely a lot warmer)

Great Rental
Loved this vacation rental. Modern appliances, amazing views, comfortable bedding. The only downside was it did not come with beach chair and umbrella. You have to rent those for $50. I would suggest at least offering a set with the rental.
