Beautiful two bedroom condo fully furnished to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Convenient ground floor unit with 10' ceilings in the living area. Patio is nestled in lush landscaping and views 11,000 sq-ft lagoon pool with waterfalls, bridges and palm trees. Enter patio from master bedroom or living room. Two private baths. One with walk in shower and one with deep tub and shower. Enjoy free cable and internet. Flat-screen TVs are located in the living area and in each bedroom. Kitchen is fully furnished and includes dishwasher, stove, microwave and full-size refrigerator. Granite counter tops in the kitchen and master bath. One set of towels and bedding furnished with each stay. Unit has it's own washer and dryer. Free Wi-Fi.

The Palms Resort and Convention Center
The Palms of Destin Resort features a 2+ acre lushly landscaped pool area featuring Destin's largest pool. The 11,000 sq-ft walk in lagoon pool has waterfalls, bridges and many palm trees.There's also an outdoor heated pool for the colder months as well as a 25 person hot tub and a children's splash pool with mushroom fountain and dancing waters. The Palms has its own bar, restaurant, and coffee shop. Enjoy indoor elegant dining or covered outside casual dining. The Palms also has a spacious fitness center featuring an abundance of Life Fitness cardio machines including ellipticals, treadmills, cross trainers, bikes and summit trainers each having a personal entertainment system. It also features weight machines. The Palms also has tennis, basketball, pickle-ball courts and a nice children's playground. Complementary equipment and balls are located at the service desk.

Shuttle Service
The Palms has a seasonal complimentary air-conditioned shuttle service that will take you directly to June Decker and Henderson State Park beaches. The drivers are super friendly and are great resources for local knowledge of where to eat, shop etc. The shuttle also provides complimentary travel to the Harborwalk Village and the Destin Commons Shopping Center. The shuttle is seasonal and times will vary, but it normally picks up each hour from about 9AM to 4PM. Check for availability and times.

Check-in and Check-out Times-We'll work with you
Normal check-in time is 4:00 PM. Late check-in is no problem. Just go to the main lobby which is open 24 hours a day. We will do our best to accommodate early check-in. It will depend on how soon we can get the room cleaned for you after our previous guest has left. Contact us before you arrive to confirm early check-in.
Normal check-out time is 10:00 AM. If our unit is not rented the next day, you can usually have a late afternoon check-out free of charge. It all depends on if we can get the room cleaned before our next guest arrives. We'll do our best to get it done for you. Contact us when you arrive to arrange late check-out.

Attractions:
The beaches of course! Complimentary air-conditioned 3 minute shuttle service (in season) to the white powder sands and emerald waters of June Decker and Henderson State Park Beaches. Drop off is near everyone's favorite beach restaurant, the Back Porch. Destin has some of the best deep sea fishing in the Gulf including tuna, grouper, mahi-mahi and many others. There are numerous charters available. Also enjoy glass bottom adventures and dolphin viewing cruises!!
Other nearby attractions are Big Kahuna’s Water Park and The Track amusement park. There are numerous golf courses available.

Beautiful grounds

We had a very nice stay at our condo, except the weather was not very cooperative! First snow storm in decades in Florida! The condo was very comfortable and clean, it had everything we needed. The grounds are kept immaculate. Disappointed in by the bistro…they were in the middle of a manager transition.

A great spot for families! Will be back!!

This was our first time staying at The Palms. We were a little worried we would be disappointed not having an ocean view, but that was not the case and we loved everything about the resort!! The ground floor condo was great for easy access to everything. Our kids were obsessed with the pool and us parents really enjoyed the coffee shop and the roomy gym. Beach access was closer and more convenient than expected so that was great! This was definitely a very family friendly resort which we loved, our kids found new friends to play with everyday! Dave and Krystal were wonderful hosts and had great communication. Everything they provided made this stay even more pleasant, we will definitely be back!!

Family Vacation

We had a phenomenal experience staying at the Palms of Destin. It was our first time there and Krystal and Dave were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our trip. The condo itself was exceptional and everything we could ask for and need to include family games and various items for the pool/beach. I definitely look forward to our next stay there in the future.

Great host and property!

We stayed for the week with two teenagers and an 8 year old. The condo had everything we needed, and the pool and on-site restaurant were very good. The host was very helpful with tips about where to eat and other helpful information! Great communication!

Girls Trip

Book with Krystal and you will have no regrets. She is an owner who cares greatly about making sure her guests have everything they need for their stay (and then some!). Henderson Beach was beautiful and just a short drive or shuttle ride away. The Palms pool area is very large and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks for everything, Krystal!

Great First floor unit

Overall the Palms was a fun place to stay. My 10 and 13 year olds loved the pool and we were there with multiple other families and could always find room for a big group out on the pool deck. First floor was great - no need to deal with elevators. Unit was clean and well equiped. The beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie board were nice extras that we didn't expect. The only thing that surprised me were the full over full bunk beds as I thought it was 2 sets of single bunk beds from the listing. Our sons baseball team played ball right across the street for 2 days of the tournament which was super convenient! Food at the Palms Bistro was great too for breakfast, coffee, dinner, and drinks.

Family Fun with Toddlers

This host is 5 stars+++. From the point of even considering the rental, Krystal was incredibly responsive & helpful with all the questions I had. Once booked, she offered me travel tips for not only the location but specific ideas for kids- even a car seat question (talk about out of her scope lol) but she was super helpful & fun to talk to. The actual rental was beautiful & a perfect fit for my husband and 2 kids under the ages of 4. It was very clean and the in room laundry really helped us pack light. This host thought of every detail & is generous with what is offered, for example provided was shampoo, conditioner, body wash, TP, dish towel, plenty of bath & beach towels, a paper towel roll, q tips, hair dryer, beach chairs, I mean honestly you are set. We cooked most meals there, but simple things like pizza, eggs, nothing fancy but there was enough dishes/cooking items to make these types of meals and kid dishes! We were welcomed with a thoughtful card and gift which was above and beyond what we expected. The condo is updated, nice & compared to other listings I’d say one of the (if not the) nicest ones. Pool is perfect for kids, we spent a lot of time there & it was heated so even staying later we stayed warm. Food at the Palms is good, we like the pizza & blended coffee. Read the host book of recommendations for the easiest beaches get to & avoid long walks to the water with crabby kids, we read it 3 days in after trying beaches that required longer walks in hot sand!

Everything worked out well, the condo was spacious and we enjoyed the ground floor level and convenience of the coffee shop, bistro and pool courtyard area. I am probably more particular than most about clean, so some areas , (floor) needed some attention. Overall it was decorated beautifully and the owners provided us with what was needed in supplies to get us off to a great start.

Family friendly condo!

Our family of 5 had a great stay at this property! Very clean upon arrival and great communication with the hosts. The beds were super comfy and our boys loved the bunk beds with the tv! We had everything we needed for the beach, a short walk from the condo. Although we had some chilly weather, our boys enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, games in the condo and playing tennis on the courts. We would definitely stay again!

A++ Host

We stayed here for the second time and had another great stay! Krystal is a great host; very responsive and the property is clean and has SO much to offer. Having little kids it was SO nice not having to pack a pack n play, sound machine, high chair, etc. Love the location is on the first floor / we didn’t have to mess with elevators. 10/10 recommend

Krystal was a delight!

We had a great time. The owner, Krystal, made sure we enjoyed everything down to the last towel! She thought of everything to put in this condo to help the guests. She was also incredibly helpful giving us restaurants to go to and places she would recommend. The condo fit my group of three well and everyone had tons of space. The pool was great and we had fun with other friends staying there. It was also nice to be on the first floor. Everything was so close and you didn’t have to worry about getting on elevators. It was a great week and we loved it. Thank you Krystal!!!

Condo worked perfect for two adults and four teens. Having two baths was very helpful! Location is in a very busy area - very close to beaches but also a lot of traffic. Enjoyed the live music the resort offered in the evenings from our patio.

Wonderful family stay

This condo was just what we had hoped for! Several new updates to the condo were done before our stay such as newly upholstered bar chairs, new kitchen lighting, cabinets refinished, and new kitchen appliances! The entire place was perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we needed and was clean! The location of the resort is great and close to all Destin has to offer. It was very convenient to be on the first floor and not have to wait on the elevator. They provided plenty of beach towels, beach equipment, and toys for the kids. My daughter loved the games that were there and we were able to have a family game night one evening. The room is close to the coffee shop and restaurant, both of which were very nice. Krystal was great to work with and checked in with us several times. I really appreciate the excellent communication and quick response time! We hope to stay here again if back in Destin! Would highly recommend for families with younger kids!

Ideal for a family friendly vacation!

Property was just as described with many convenient on-site amenities. Gym, coffee shop and pool are great making this an ideal location if you have young kids. We liked that it was on the ground level (safer for kids) and still felt like there was plenty of privacy. Wish the main pool was heated but I’m sure it’s the perfect temperature during the later summer months. There’s a smaller pool that’s heated and worked just fine for us. Owners are proactive communicators. They really made us feel welcome and cared for. Having beach towels and equipment to use was an added and much appreciated bonus.

Nice Vacation Property in Destin

My family had a wonderful time Krystal and Dave's condo rental in Destin Florida! The check-in process was quick and efficient and we were in the room very quickly. The condo was very well decorated and had new appliances just installed before our stay. The condo had everything that we needed and much more. My daughter especially liked the big TV and large sectional sofa in the living room! The beds were also very comfortable with ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. The first floor access was also very nice as my wife and I have difficulties walking (although there was an elevator in the building as well). The property's restaurant, bars, and swimming pool are incredible. You could literally just stay at the resort and have a good vacation! The resorts landscaping was also beautiful and well kept. It was also nice to have a covered garage to park our SUV so that the vehicle was not obnoxiously HOT from the sunny weather. Dave and Krystal were also very responsive in keeping us informed about the property, what to expect, and always prompt about answering question! We could not have asked for a better host!
