*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September 9th, 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. SunDestin 103 is a renovated one bedroom, one bathroom condo that sits poolside, and is just steps from the Gulf of Mexico. A fully equipped, updated kitchen opens to the living and dining areas. There’s plenty of room for everyone in the common areas with a breakfast bar in the kitchen, a large dining room table for six and cozy seating in the living space. Step onto the balcony for even more seating. Enjoy the gulf breeze and a meal with everyone around the table out here. Six guests can sleep comfortably in this condo with a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living area, plus a twin bunk in the entry hall.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
