Unit 1505 in the East Tower of beautiful Silver Beach Towers. Colorful and bright, this unit is the perfect beach condo in which to enjoy your vacation. It features include a comfortable bed in each bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Also included is a Jacuzzi tub, underground parking, and incredible Gulf views.

Beach service is available from March until October for an additional $30 fee per day.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Nice place, horrible check in/ management communication

Beautiful and spacious condo. Amazing ocean view. Only cleanliness complaint was huge cockroach in the kitchen on the second day. So I report to address to get check in package. It’s in some obscure questionable location with a tiny sign, all doors are locked. No one answers phone or comes to door. Spent 20 minutes on customer service. Look in lock box, is a manager number on there that eventually calls us back and says she will get someone there, it’s 350pm. A guy comes out of door I had been knocking on prior. Says here is everything you need. We fight traffic and half way to property, discover there is no Fobs for building or parking garage. Call manager back, yep there should be. Asks us to go back and get them, sure let’s go fight the endless traffic again. Go and get fobs and come back. Got assigned a parking spot that doesn’t exist. Confirmed with online help, local Vacasa agent parking spot is 1505, doesn’t exist or anything close to it. They confirm rather into is accurate.So we parked in a random spot. Came out the next morning to parking stickers on 3/4 sides of our car and a hand written note from the parking spot owner cause we were in wrong spot. The POA office phone numbers in parking garage go to no where. The parking tag for mirror was supposed to be filled out with spot number, it was blank.For the price my family paid for this rental property, the check in and accurate communication process was poor. Vacasa, horrible experience. Nice property otherwis

Beach getaway

Bathrooms were clean and the upgraded showers were great! Awesome views when the maintenance crews were not in the way. Patio doors don't really lock which is fine until you have people landing on your 15th story deck right outside the window. Overall a great place to stay.

2024 Destin Vacation

Myself , Husband & 2 yr. old granddaughter really enjoyed our stay with this condo . Perfect view of the Gulf . Privacy for two families if you wanted to , both bedrooms/ bathrooms close off if needed . Everything was really close for convenience of shopping needs . Communication for checking in was somewhat confusing , but once we got all that taken care of everything from there went smoothly. We will be returning 5 stars

Spacious, clean, and good location

I enjoyed this condo a lot! The pools were nice and the immediate access to the beach was perfect. The helicopter tours that run constantly everyday are SUPER annoying. I would like to stay here again but the helicopters totally ruin the peaceful vibe I was looking for. The condo itself is spacious and really nice! Comfortable beds and big bathrooms. We had a great time!

Awesome View

Super easy to find, the entrance is at a stop light so easy getting in and out of traffic to the main road. Nice restaurants just minutes away. Overall clean, floors could have been cleaner though. Beds were very comfortable, showers were nice with great water pressure. Kids loved using the bathtub. The view was wonderful, we were nervous being that high up but you can' t beat this view!! Beach is private and only a short elevator ride to access it, we didn't rent their chairs we did use the ones from the room and sat right next to the water. We all enjoyed the pool and laying pool side of the evening. Overall would recommend staying here!

Enjoy our stay at the beach. The resort itself was very nice and clean! Only downside is that we had to travel across town to get our access cards and wrist bands, then return them to the same drop box! There were maintenance issues with the room, but no came to help! There is no staff member on-site or elsewhere only virtual staff. We managed anyway and enjoyed our staff! Won’t be using Vacasa services again

Nice for the price, but needs some TLC.

This is a great price for the space and location. It was just me and my boyfriend and we had plenty of room between the two bedrooms and bathrooms. Upon arrival everything seemed relatively clean but upon further inspection it was mostly surface level clean. Vacasa needs to do soon serious deep cleaning.The floors need a hard mop and the baseboards were dirty with all kinds of strange hair on them (gross). The bathroom wasn’t cleaned the best. We used the showers not the tub. And the mats in the baths and the bedroom were honestly gross. Definitely needed to be washed. I wore shower shoes in the bathroom and house shoes every where else. You can clearly see the rug in the balcony picture looks dirty, well it’s that way in real life too. There wasn’t even a broom on hand for us to use. Other than that everything else was relatively nice. I like that there is a washer/dryer, they had beach chairs, boards, kids beach toys, and even games and books available for use. The kitchen was clean, the refrigerator could have been wiped out better. It has a nice view and spacious balcony. Vacasa should do a better job about leaving after hours check in instructions. I had to call twice to get a parking pass, but we didn’t have trouble when we didn’t have one. Overall it was a nice stay, there just needs to be some deep cleaning to make it nicer.

Silver Beach Towers

Our stay was very good. The tv remote in the main bedroom did not work, not sure about the other bedroom, because we never turned the tv on. The biggest issue was the dryer, which I called about several times, and was told that a technician would be coming out. We stayed from Thursday till Monday, so we were never able to wash and dry clothes. I was told by Oliver, that we would be compensated for this, and have heard nothing. I never found a parking pass, but it was not a problem with parking. I did have a hard time finding out what parking spot we were assigned because that was not in the email or the packet we received. Overall, our stay was great. It could use a little work on baseboards/walls in some places and shower had some mildew up top.

Family Vacation

This unit was simply fine. Good enough for anyone wanting to spend most of their days at the pool/beach. Definitely in need of some simple upgrades with issues that have been noted previously. The master bathroom needs some work with grout and draining of the shower. The guest bed could use a new mattress. Someone else mentioned the assigned parking space which is right by the gate which makes it difficult at times to back out. I would also concur that having a pickup/drop off box onsite would be customer friendly. The microwave should be replaced as well. Overall Silver Towers is a fantastic place to stay. Two pools, two hot tubs and the security of the property make it worth it. A small investment in this particular property would go a long way however. One last thing, investment in a second lounger for the balcony should be considered. Probably 3.5/5 stars.

Family Vacation

Our unit and the unit of our daughter and her family were great! The units were comfortable, clean, spacious and well equipped. The pool and beach areas were perfect. We were not thrilled with our assigned parking space and the fact that Vacasa had no on site or even local property manager. Other guests who booked with a different company did have access to an on site manager.

Wonderful stay

This unit was clean, spacious, well-furnished, very comfortable, and tastefully decorated. It is on the 15th floor which may seem inconvenient to some but, the elevators are very modern, clean, speedy, and efficient. There was never any waiting. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Needs a Complete Remodel

I would probably not stay here again due to the following reasons. A/C did not work the entire week no matter how much we tried to make it work. Kitchen is dirty and appliances are in BAD shape and need to be replaced. Silverware drawer in kitchen is completely broken and hanging by a thread. Master bath grout and tile is nasty on the floor by the shower. It gives the appearance of a dirty bathroom. Master bed was very uncomfortable, hard mattress and felt every move by my partner as I slept. Couches in family room are worn and fading and look like they've been used quite a bit. Silver Beach towers has great condos, but I recommend searching for something else.

View was absolutely Beautiful! Would Stay in complex again however not this unit. Unit needs updating. Kitchen appliances as well as Washer and Dryer need replacing because of rust which gives it a dirty look. The Master Bath needs good cleaning around tub. The grout needs cleaning all over including Master Shower.

Strangely I’ve written this review a couple times about this experience. Food in the couch from previous guests, rusted outdated appliances, uncomfortable bed, broken tile, broken bathtub, wood clippings from old cabinets. Nice view though.

Fun beach vacay with good place to stay

Overall, the property is good. The view of the beach is awesome and the security is well-thought of. However, the unit needs some thorough cleaning especially under the beds and behind the side tables- dusty, and the bathroom tiles need a good brushing and re-grouting. Sofa bed is NASTY!!! Found cereals and pancake on the moldy mattress, geesh!!! Kitchen is functional, cookwares are clean, utensils and equipments are in good shape, but, refrigerator needs to be fixed, bins and shelves are broken, a good epoxy will fix it, before they will all fall off. Overall, the unit is a big factor in making our family’s vacation awesome, along with the good view and the beach is lovely! I am already looking at making another reservation for the fall… Thank you for making our family vacation memorable and awesome!
