Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious 30' balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Complimentary high-speed Cox cable internet access-WIFI.

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

Damage Protection is mandatory.

(2) $800 refundable damage deposit will be due prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after departure (if no damage occurs).

No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Love this condo. Beautiful decor. It was fully stocked on everything we needed and more. We’ve stayed at the Breakers for years but this is by far our favorite condo! The staff was very responsive to all our questions and needs. Will definitely be back!

Last minute trip
Beaches East is a great building. Right on the beach so you are not crossing any roadways (great for families). The unit was as advertised. We have stayed in many areas of Florida and enjoy the Destin area the most. The white sand and green/blue clear waters can't be beat for those travelling from the north who want to access the ocean beaches without travelling further south into Florida. The area surrounding Beaches East offers close by shopping for groceries and last minute items you may have forgot for the beach! We will be back as a family as soon as we can!

Great stay - power went out multiple times which caused elevator not to work - we had to make several trips via stairs which was not good - Had pickleball/ tennis on property. Close to everything . Beach was great!

Beautiful beach location
Thanks Ms. Carol for sharing your condo. It was beautifully decorated, spacious for the five of us. We appreciate access to the beach chairs. The only thing I would add is basic spices for cooking. The kitchen was well equipped otherwise. The location is phenomenal to the grocery stores, restaurants, and fun activities for the kids. We will definitely be renting from you again. Beautifully renovated condo! Communication will property manager was excellent and very helpful. Condo was well furnished. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins swim. Will use again for sure!!
