Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit 1202 is a very spacious two bedroom/ two bathroom condo located on the 12 th floor of the Breakers East building.

Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Complimentary WIFI provided. Features: master bedroom- king size bed, blackout drapes, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; 2nd bedroom-(2)queen size beds, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; living room-queen size sleeper sofa, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; kitchen-fully equipped; separate freestanding ice machine; full size washer & dryer in the condo. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers.

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates includes beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - $45.00 Daily Value (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

Impeccable Property!
Loved the location within Destin! Close proximity to restaurants, shopping and right on the most beautiful beach! The gated property with security on sight was a plus. Our condo was large and comfortable for the four adults and was very well appointed with furnishings and decor. One the nicest aspect of this condo was the balcony and the deck seating which were extremely comfortable and allowed for many hours of watching the waves and beach activities. Will definitely look for openings at this property on our next visit to Destin!

Perfect location and space
Place is perfect!! The location could not get any better. Everything is gated so it keeps the beach less crowded. No public beach access which is great. Condo is updated and clean with the best view from the top floor! We will definitely be back!!!

Breakers East was perfect for our family. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and other attractions was within walking distance. Everything was so clean and well maintained. We stayed on the 12th floor where we could see dolphins every morning. We will definitely be back.

This was an AMAZING experience! Will definitely be going back! Communication was FABULOUS, condo was beautiful and perfect location! Had a great time in the condo. It was very clean and had a lot of space. The balcony is amazing and it’s so easy to get to the pool. U fortunately the elevators broke several times at the property and we had to lug all of our things down 12 floors with a baby and elderly person. That was definitely the worst part of our trip.

Amazing Relaxing Place
My time here was amazing.. everything was just like the pictures and just as described… it’s a very quiet and clean place. All kitchen and bed necessities. Very simple and easy access to everything which I loved. The beach was very clean in the area and private. Pool was extremely clean all 3 days I was there. I saw the cleaning guy clean it even though it didn’t even look dirty. Which was nice to know that they go over and beyond… I definitely will be back here. Overall I give this place 100+.

Perfect...except for the beds
This was our fourth family spring break to the panhandle, 3rd in Destin, and first at Breakers East. There is so much to love about Destin and Breakers East! Pros: -The check-in process could not have been easier. MUCH easier than our previous condos. We arrived after midnight and had no issues. -Both the parking lot and beach access have locked gates-love the extra security. -The location of the building and unit were excellent. Building is close to many restaurants and activities, and the unit gave a great view of the ocean, without being too close to the elevator. -Loved the balcony! -The unit was overall very clean and well-kept! -The pool was heated-even in March-and was in the sun most of the afternoon/early evening! -This condo comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella. This was also a super nice perk! Cons: -There are only 2 elevators for the building, and one was out of service a few days of our stay. This was a minor inconvenience as it's a big building and stairs were a tough option being on the 12th floor with 2 young children. -Not necessarily a con for some, but there are stairs, not a ramp, on the boardwalk to the beach. If you are planning to bring a beach wagon as we did, make sure you have 2 people able to carry it up/down the 4-5 stairs. -The hot water heater is very small. We weren't all able to shower, even quick ones, without running out of hot water. -Our most major complaint was about the beds. With all that we loved about this condo, we couldn't stay here again because the beds are so firm. The king in the master was so firm we both had a hard time sleeping at all. Our kids slept in the 2 queen beds, and our 6 year old daughter struggled to sleep as well. She had some lingering back pain for a few days after-they were just that firm. Overall, we had a great week at Breakers East! However, a vacation loses a bit of its luster when 3/4 of your family isn't sleeping. We will definitely look to stay at Breakers East again next year, but will try a different condo in hopes of a more tolerable sleeping situation.
