Pelican Beach unit (507) has been renovated and is ready for your family and friends!! Enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from a fifth floor balcony where you can sit back and relax over the emerald green waters. This unit offers all the fine elements as well as everything you will need to feel right at home. A new mattress in master bedroom (2023) living area has carpeted floors (New 2022), a fine sleeper sofa (New 2022), and a comfortable and stylish design throughout. The kitchen (Updated 2019) offers full size new stainless steel appliances and all the housewares you will need to make family meals. There is a nice dining table for four as well as three barstools at kitchen counter/bar for plenty of seating. The master suite has a king-sized bed, nice quality furniture, and en-suite master bathroom. The master bathroom (Updated 2018) offers a shower/tub and sink. There is a twin over twin bunk bed in the hall. The second full bathroom (Updated 2018) is in the hall and offers a sink and an enclosed shower. For your convenience, there is a coin operated laundry room on each floor. You will find a DVD player and two large smart flat screen TV's in this fine unit. This is our second year coming to Destin for spring break. The location is perfect for families wanting to getaway for some R&R and enjoyment. The condo was clean, spacious, and offered a good view of the coastline! Communicating with Bill was easy. We will more than likely be coming back!

The views were amazing. Check in simple. This property was in great shape. Clean with incredible views of the water. Plenty of kitchen accessories if you want to cook your own food. There is a Kurig For coffee. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable. Not the best but okay. But thats the only negative thing I can say about this place. Hope to stay here again!!

Check in was a breeze compared to most places we have booked. The location was great, security always on hand and makes you feel safe. Being on the 5th floor was easy access for elevator or stairs. Would def recommend, my kids and I had a blast!

Amazing view
The condo was right on the beach and allowed you to see the sunrise and sunset every day. There was pods of dolphins back and forth by the condo every day. Beautiful beach and property. Owner was great with contact. Will definitely stay here again.

Great winter get away
The price was right and there were few folk at the beach. Made for a great stay when you figure in the weather. Very little wind, sunny, and in the upper sixty's was perfect. Sunshine on the balcony felt so good. Check out the Marina Cafe - buy one get one free 5pm to 6pm. Best place to eat for view of the water, boats, sunset. Keep in mind these are $35-$50 dollar plates but buy-one-get-one makes it worth it! Owner was great on communication too. PS - first one gets the several cabana's on the beach! Get one and watch the sun rise and this will be a real extra for your day!

Amazing location
This condo was perfect for family vacay. There is a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The kitchen was fully stocked. We had a blast with the live music and the tiki bar. The only downside was the mattress. It’s a bit on the firmer side so bring a topper if you are used to a fluffy one. We would book here again in an instant.

Disappointing beach experience
Property needs updating to bathrooms and decor. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Beach is disappointing due to the number of umbrellas and chairs provided by rental company. Extremely crowded beach with no view of water.

GOOD PLACE
The room was clean. Everything was in working order. Utinsils and dishes were nice. Great views. The idea of carpet in the living room/dining area was a interesting decision. Most places have laminate flooring or tile, but the carpet was clean. We missed not having laundry in the room. The washers and dryer were in high demand. Otherwise the room was a pleasure to stay in. However, I would like to see a deadbolt lock for added security. The property was clean. The pools gets a little bit crowded for my liking, but since there are 3 pools it's not terrible. Parking is a bit of a walk and there is limited parking for packing and unpacking on busy days. Some items at the complex are showing their age through wear. The on-site Cafe was good and priced reasonably. We did lunch and breakfast there. The tiki bar was reasonably priced. The chair rental was very pricey. There are too many chairs crowding the beach in front of the location. Extra content: Water park across the street was a hit. Fudpuckers is a tourist place, long waits. Rocking tacos, Millers, Lu Lu buffets were all great.

Great communication with property owner and condo was awesome. Resort was some what clean and the smell of marijuana was overwhelming at times at the pool and beach. “Security” was present but not addressing the issue.

Me and my husband enjoyed our stay very much at the pelican resort. Supper clean unit. Everything was easy to access and the view was amazing! Very family oriented place amazing for family vacation or great for just the spouse. Definitely will be booking here again!
