*PLEASE NOTE:
Due to construction, the outdoor walkways are being resurfaced and will limit elevator accessibility. Guests will need to take the elevator to the closest available floor and use that floor’s walkway to the stairwell units and go up the stairs until they reach their applicable unit.

For unit 401, the elevator will only be available up to the 3rd floor.

SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September 9th, 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. Please be advised that our outdoor amenities will be closed until the Spring of 2025:

-Outdoor Hot Tub
-Splash Pad
The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours.
This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues. We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our resort for your future enjoyment.

Finally, it is here. Unit 401 is truly able to accommodate your vacation needs. Custom furnishings and unique accents detail this entire unit. A full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare all your family meals are found in this unit. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, along with its own private full bath. The guest bedroom has two double-size beds as well as its own private bathroom. Both bedrooms and the living room all have a TV and DVD player. Come to relax and enjoy this comfortably decorated condo.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
