Other than the toilet wasn’t working properly, room was clean and organized with plenty of extra towels. Loved the shampoo and conditioner in the room.

Great location, easy to access the highway and all areas around Denton/Dallas/Ft Worth. Check in staff (Michael) was very accommodating with his knowledge of the area, attractions,restaurants and history. He made us feel welcome. The hotel was clean, and the staff was always friendly. Having the pool and great outdoor area was a plus!

Handicapped accessible room beds are too tall for transfer of handicapped person from a standard wheelchair to the bed. The beds were approx. 10" too tall and hotel could not provide a lifting device, such as a Hoyer lift, to safely transfer individual from a standard wheelchair to the bed. I was forced to use the ironing board that was in the room in order to get her in the bed; it was very risky.

Nice clean room, yummy breakfast with lots of options, and staff was friendly. They even made goodie bags for the Solar Eclipse (the reason we were in town). Highly recommend!

The hotel boosts some wonderful staff, and very clean rooms. The hotel is in a great spot for visiting TWU! And it was so quiet I actually slept really well.
