I like the location and easy access to beach! Although the price is way over the value, especially when it comes to the restaurant food—everything we ordered was bland and tasted below average.

Very clean hotel. Nice pool area (thought it should be heated) with great views of the Atlantic. The rooms on the first floor are not sound proof from the rooms above them. Very new like.

Staff was wonderful, I never been to cape cod before, it was calm and peaceful. Pelham house resort made the stay easy and comfortable.

We stayed for 3 nights after Christmas. It was very quiet and clean. The girl who checked us in was very kind to offer to help us carry our luggage up the steps to our room. It rained most of our stay but the room was comfortable and clean so we enjoyed the rest.

No phones in room. Front desk staff isn’t always there. In case of an emergency you have to call a number posted on the entry door. No one cleaned our room on the second night.

Great stay at PH, wish it was longer! Beautiful hotel, modern, clean, comfortable, every room has a gorgeous ocean view. Heated pool was perfect on a cool sunny day! Will be back for sure!
