Cutest little cottage! Great location 3 blocks to beach
My husband, mom and I rented this cute little cottage for a long weekend in the off season. It was lovely! Checking in and out was a breeze, it was extremely clean, linens were provided, and there were thoughtful little touches like hotel shampoos and soaps in the bathroom, and dish detergent/supplies in the kitchen. It’s obvious the owners have out a lot of time and effort into creating a cute, relaxing space. The decor is sweet, the furniture and beds were cozy, there are books, games and puzzles for rainy days, Even though it was October, our favorite was still the outdoor shower! That’s a great perk. We also used the fire pit and enjoyed the quiet starry nights. Just know at the end of the day it is a cottage. Clearly the owners have spent a ton of time and money updating it but you can tell it started as a tiny little salt box. The original bathroom is very small, as is the second bedroom and the kitchen (no dishwasher, but very well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc), and the electric baseboard heating seemed to have a mind of its own, but you won’t need that in July! I only say this because if you’re looking for giant, modern, open-plan accommodations this is not for you. HOWEVER if you’re looking for Cape Cod cuteness oozing from every inch and beachy, relaxing ambience with an excellent location this IS the place for you! We thoroughly enjoyed it. And be sure to eat breakfast at the Wee Packet around the corner!

Cute little place
Somewhat small place, but had everything we needed including two indoor living spaces and a nice outdoor setup (including great outdoor shower). The kitchen was old, but very functional- no dishwasher was a bummer but appreciated the new washer & dryer. Only downside was the distance from the beach- not walkable for us at 3/4 mile including gear. Parking at beaches available but $30 from 9-4pm.

Everything was perfect
We enjoyed the indoor space, the yard and proximity to everything we wanted to see: Nantucket, Provincetown, Chatham and Mayflower Beach. Although the cottage could use some renovations, it was clean and stocked with everything we needed! We really loved the outdoor shower…

Lovely house, convenient location
The house was clean and located on a quiet road walking distance to the beach. There are plenty of restaurant options nearby and when the weather wasn’t great for the beach it was only a 25 minute drive to Chatham for some shopping. The outdoor shower was awesome and there’s a great fire pit and Adirondack chairs for the evening. We have a one year old so we just brought a little baby tub with us and filled it from the shower which worked out just fine

This was a great house for my daughters and me.
The house looked just like the photos. The family area was spacious and comfortable. To our surprise there were AC units in the bedrooms, which were much needed during the heat wave we were having. The back yard it is a great area for a family barbecue or for just having s'more's. The washer & dryer are brand new. The only downfall was the bathroom was very small and the shower door was broken. We like to use the outdoor shower so it was not a big deal. It would also have been nice if there was a binder that gives information about the house. The house is on a quiet street very close to the beach.

Cute cape home
It was a lovely beach house in a beautiful neighborhood on the cape. Being able to walk to the beach was a huge plus for us. The house was stocked with towels and kitchen supplies which was also nice. I have no complaints about this stay!

Quick trip to the Cape
We booked this to stay at while we were in town for a funeral. It was good to have a place to stay at night. The house is a true cottage. There is not a dishwasher which makes it a little challenging with 4 kids and a small kitchen. When we arrived there was no electricity to the house. We finally found the breaker box in the dark and flipped nearly all the switches. The oven did not work at first But then we noticed it was unplugged. It worked fine after that. The house has the basics but no extras. So if you are coffee drinkers bring your own k-cups or run up to the donut shop each morning. Keep the counters clean bc sugar ants come in by the window. The house had not been thoroughly cleaned but the management company was helpful and handled it. There are nice hangout spots in the back yard with plenty of seating and shade. The location is convenient to the beach. We took a short stroll for sunrise at the beach.

Everything went as planned. Had small AC units for bedrooms very nice. Note: bring kuerig style coffee pods if you don’t want to go out each morning. Otherwise great place to stay.

Beautiful and quaint!
We booked this beach house for a short weekend getaway to the Cape and it was the cutest, cozy little house! Everything was perfect, clean and housed the 6 of us quite nicely. The TV area was perfect for game night and we were even able to throw on some fun movies. Thank you for a comfortable stay!
