Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
We arrived very late c.a. 23 in the evening after 24 hrs travelling. My room vas notready and I had to wait. I bought a deluxe room. I expected to get a water bottle and i got it but the seal was broken. I met some cocroach on my way up the stairs. There was a waiter there that went up with the suitcases and he vas very annoying. Somebody woke me up at two o´clock shouting. I did not open but vas very angry not beeing left alone. We stayed there only overnight. Arrived late and left early.
Even informing them that we were gonna check in late, they gave our room (which was already paid for) to other guests . We could eventually check in to a filthy, moldy room that had not even been cleaned from the previous guests. Sink and toilet were disgusting, dust, garbage, sheets with blood stains. They did not even apologize or offer a compensation. The food is bad too. The area is noisy all day long.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Affordable, close to Connaught Place and metro
I hardly have anything bad to say. The only thing was the noise from the street, but what can you do? It's Delhi! The room was fine (good for the price) but could also be cleaner.
The rooms are confortable and reasonably clean. However the service is terrible and the staff is incompetent. Stressful experience. We had to argue with them several times about breakfast. We booked 2 nights with breakfast included. Every morning they tried to charge us even after we had showed them booking confirmation with breakfast included. They suggested we should call to hotels.com to confirm this situation. Afterwards they compromised to book our train tickets to Agra (in the morning). When we arrived at night there were no tickets. Basically they did nothing.
Cool place, helpful staff, nice big room with a balcony overlooking the street.
A bit odd that their electronic key hardware is broken, meaning you don't get an actual working key to your room, but they send a staff member up to unlock your room each time you need to get in... which is a bit quirky but worked out nonetheless.
I was pleasantly surprised by this find. Centrally located, a great price, and more than what you'd expect at a budget hotel-- the AC worked great, there was a fridge and safe in the room, the TV had English channels, the internet had a strong signal. Also, it was clean! I would definitely come again.
Nice room and bathroom and great value for money. The roof top restaurant is also very good. The hotel is on Main Bazaar Road and the whole of Indian life is on the street right outside the hotel door!
It's one of the better hotels in the Main Bazar area. The area is as chaotic and dirty as it gets, but inside it's actually quite nice. Just bring ear plugs as the traffic chaos outside never stops. The hotel claims to use filtered water in the showers. I might be true, but it's India, so I don't believe anything 'til I can verify it. At least I didn't get sick of taking a shower.
The same goes for the restaurant. I ate there a few times and despite it being expensive, I didn't get sick of the food. So that is a good thing.
The room size is ok. Facilities are not so good. There is a fridge in the room but no way to actually connect it to any power, so it's basically useless. There's airconditioning in the room, but no remote control, so it's switch on or off, no way to regulate anything. As with all of Delhi, expect a few power blackouts every now and then. I think they may have an aggregate as it wasn't as bad as in the rest of the street. Internet was available at about half of the time and it was pretty slow and unstable.
Staff is generally friendly although not all of them command the English language.
All in all, for the price paid and for the area it was a decent experience.
