Worst experience of my life.

It was horrible. We booked it on hotels.com. Got to site and they said it wasn’t open to public and it was wrapped in yellow crime tape everywhere. Then asked for refund cause we weren’t even allowed to stay there after paying and still haven’t received a refund yet. And it’s been two days later.

When I arrived, they tell me no more rooms available and I asked for my refund and they told me that I need to ask Expedia for it. I am still waiting for the refund. I called the hotel severals times but nobody answer.

I had a non-smoking room that had smoke odor. The bathroom was dirty, toilet didn’t flush, and my “clean” towel was folded on top of the toilet. If this is your last resort (it was mine) then go for it.

Don’t stay

Had to go back to office three times to get a key that works. The rooms were hot and never cooled down even during evening. We slept on top of sheets. Sink in bathroom was broke. Drinks in the refrigerator from previous guests. Towels were stained. It was cheapest hotel in town that night and you get what you paid for.
