The hotel is currently being remodeled in areas, so there was an issue with one of our rooms. But the staff responded immediately to resolve the issue. The rest of the stay was comfortable and pleasant.

I was pleasantly surprised at the neat, cleanly, and professional appearance. The only thing that could have been improved was the bed. It was rock hard. It needed a little cushion or give.

Nobody cleaned our room once. The shampoo and conditioner dispenser were empty, I alerted them and nothing was done. Ran out of towels. No coffee after second day. Pool was closed during time it was to be open. Nowhere to sit for breakfast; do they not know how many rooms they have? It's like they didn't know we were there. I personally am not using this location again. I am concerned if other Hilton owned properties now have this level of service.
