The staff was full of cookies cutter excuses as to why there was a 750 hold on my credit card that had already been charged for the entire stay. Absolutely ridiculous practice.

The place was clean but had to park in ramp than take elevator to rooms. Walk back from casino was uphill. Price was great and rooms were clean.
