The hotel was very nice. I thought the rooms were on the smallish side. Breakfast was buffet style with a large variety and it was plentiful. The staff was accommodating and friendly! We would stay here again if in the area!

Not the Hampton we know.
I would like some kind of give-back for this hotel. While the staff was very friendly and helpful, here’s what went wrong: we came back after a NYE party to find we were locked out of our room due to technical difficulties. The issue took a bit to rectify. 2. The lady was overwhelmed for breakfast. She was trying to keep up but could not. 3. The elevator was dirty, and mold was on the ceiling by our room.

The hotel was very convenient being right off the highway and our rooms were clean and well designed. My only issue was that the overhead light in the bathroom was out so I could barely see to do my makeup but other than that, we had a great stay for the night.

I tried to check in at 1:28 p.m. the day of my arrival and I asked the front desk guy if I could check in early and he said oh no it would be another hour before the room was ready. So I asked him to please give me a call to let me know when the room is ready as I would go try to get something to eat. After an hour and 45 minutes I had heard nothing so went back to the hotel and they said oh yeah your room is ready and I'll said nobody called me and what happened to the guy who was here and they said he's in a meeting. It was just very poor customer service very rude and all I asked for was a phone call when my room was ready and I didn't check back until 3:15 because I waited expecting the guy to do what he promised and he never bothered calling me.
