From the moment you step foot inside our condo you will immediately realize you are in a luxury oasis meant for absolute relaxation and paradise.
As you walk off the private elevator onto your own floor and through the double door entry you will see that no expense was spared and attention to detail was not forgot. Professional designed this condo will leave you speechless.
As you walk through the double door entry you will immediately notice the floor plan opens and the ocean is staring you in the face. Lets take a POV tour.
Straight ahead is the dining table, to the left is the living room which includes a couch, two accent chairs, a large ottoman which overlooks a wall mounted smart tv and the ocean. Oceanfront balcony entrance / exit.
To the left of the living room is the master bedroom which boasts a king size bed, additional seating, a wall mounted smart tv, walk in closets, and a private balcony entrance and exit. The huge master bathroom include a garden tub, his/her sinks, and a large walk in shower.
The oceanfront balcony includes cushion seating for the whole family as well as a large outdoor dining table overlooking the beautiful aqua blue ocean. Also situated outside is a grilling station equipped with an electric Weber Grill for your grill masters perfect vacation.
Navigate back to the entry where you will see the completely renovated white gourmet chefs kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to cook to make your vacation that much better. (the range over the stove is not working)
Down the hallway you will come up to bedrooms 2 & 3 which each include king beds, smart tvs, private bathrooms with walk in showers, and private balcony entrance/exit to the intracoastal sunset balcony.
The hallway will lead you to beach equipment stored in the closets, the laundry room with full size washer/dryer, and a half bathroom.

OCEAN VISTAS AMENITIES:
Ocean Vistas is widely considered the "Crown Jewel" of rental places in Daytona Beach. Ocean Vistas features a 75ft heated outdoor pool and a gorgeous hot tub. A full size oceanfront fitness center complete with a sauna room, a business center for those who need to work while on vacation, a community room complete with a billiards table for that unexpected rainy day, a commercial ice machine, and so much more!

Minimum age: 25 - (this means the primary renter needs to be over 25)
1. Being transparent as possible -- Instead of charging a high security deposit or having you pay a non-refundable fee to VRBO for their coverage (which is not enough coverage) we have sought out a higher limit 3rd party coverage for incidentals. Our cost is $145 and is marked as an admin fee. This covers you for the vast majority of incidental damage to the unit that could happen. This solves two things. 1. We do not have to collect a huge security deposit from you. 2. More importantly it solves the damage claim process which VRBO had traditionally made hosts "aim" their damage claim at the guest first seeking payment before they would step in and pay. We wanted to ensure every guest was covered for both minor an major "oops" without having to deal with the hassle and coverage limitations set forth by VRBO.

This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals. We just pass the charge on to the guest.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provided a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bath, and one roll of paper towels. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Smoking is NOT allowed at all inside the condominium or on the balconies. Caught doing either will result in a $500 fine. (Smoking can be done out front of the building)
2. You MUST follow the checkout instructions in the binder given to you prior to checking out of your unit.
3. Do not hang anything over the balcony railings.
4. Wash the sand off of you and your beach belongings prior to coming up to the unit.
5. Be kind, courteous, and respectful of all staff, owners, and other rental guests staying.
6. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
7. The amenities such as the pool and fitness center cannot be used after 10pm. Breaking this rule can result in the condo association overruling me and asking a guest to leave.
8. Please do not do drugs or bring drugs into the unit. (This will result in an automatic termination of your stay).
9. Please do not take the towels or pillows with you. (Yes people do this)
10. If you break something please notify us right away you have damage insurance that protects us both.
11. One week before check in you will receive an email with all of your check in information as well as a couple documents to fill out.
12. You will be given a 15-20 minute tour upon arrival. This is so you know your way around the building and do not get lost.
13. You cannot have additional guests in the building or using the amenities that are not on your registration document. (This will get you removed from the building)
14. Parking is two spots. One reserved spot in the garage and one unreserved spot in the garage. (unreserved spots are limited) No outdoor parking available.
15. Checkout is 10am.
16. You will need to fill out a parking registration form as well as a standard short term lease agreement with us after booking prior to check in that will be sent via email.
