Room had water in the carpets, you’d step on them and water would literally pool around your feet. No hair dryer in room either. No beach or pool access. Breakfast was super poor.

Got to our room only to find the pool was u def maintenance and supposedly has been for the past two years , our room had no ac so we had to be move from our ocean view to a side city view no discount was even offered . Wouldn’t stay here again . Front desk was nice and very cheerful

The ice machine was not out of the way like you normally see, but by the elevator and it dropped ice all night long and was incredibly loud. We came back the first night early by 9:30 and there was no parking left and when we asked where can we park, we were told we had to park across the 4 lane beach road in an unsupervised, unlit parking lot of a closed store. They have a parking lot in the back, but they have it closed down because the pool is closed, but the parking lot is fine, so instead you would rather have your clients park across a busy street in the dark and leave their vehicle and hope they don’t get hit as they cross? I didn’t expect that that from a Hyatt Hotel, we were disappointed with our experience.

Not what I expected
Very disappointed in check-in. Check-in time was listed as 3:00 pm but when we tried to check in at 4:00, there were no rooms available. We had to wait until after 5:00 to check in. There was no microwave in the room, only a tiny mini-fridge and individual coffee maker. The "hot" breakfast was a joke and the "bar/lounge" was a tiny little counter behind the check in counter. The description of this place is very misleading.

There was a bar, but not a bartender. We paid for oceanfront but got Oceanview. We got to see the oceanfront room, but it was terrible. The mold was intolerant. They said Expedia has to refunf the price difference. We also had originally paid for 3 people but ended up with only 2.
