When we arrived, we were early for check in. The gentleman, Bobby, was extremely helpful. Allowed us to check in early and helped us out. Unfortunately, the room has 2 tv but only had 1 remote. There was no extra bedding material for our daughter and the evening manager was a bit rude and off-putting. So what started on such a positive note, ended with a bad feeling of the property.

Third floor hallway ventilation system doesn't seem to be working. As soon as you get off elevator hit you in the face smelling like a wet shower. The entire third floor.

One thing I want to call out that I appreciated was plenty of EV charging. 4 Tesla specific chargers and 2 J1772 chargers available at no extra charge. To the property, you have a power fault on one of the J1772 (the light on the unit will tell you which one). If you can get that fixed, future customers will appreciate it.
