Rooms need a deep cleaning

We got there a little after one and was told we could check in, but it would be a $40 early check-in fee if you check-in before 3 PM. I have NEVER as a silver member ever experience this. We were allowed to go to the beach until 3 PM. When we finally checked in the clerk was nice. They do however take a photo copy of your ID and credit card which made me very uncomfortable. We got to the room and it was disgusting. The whole room needs a deep clean. When we pulled the covers all the way back, there was hair at the bottom of one of the Queen bed. I travel with my own bedding and if you stay here, I would advise you to do the same. Bathroom was disgusting. The view is amazing but the same with any hotel on this beach.

Been to Emerald on a girls trip 1 1/2 year we had a great experience with this hotel and we did another girl's trip here again with a great room they provided on the 7th floor which we paid for a 2 queen suite Ocean view but ended up with 2 bed kings suite which I was amazed with Ocean view the staff were amazing which I must say they deserve a raise, I will be back again thank you

Booked this hotel to enjoy a getaway , only to be greeted with bugs in the room , bed was completely dirty , staff was rude and refuses to give any sort of refund for my stay.

Always a great stay

Always love staying here for the Breeders Expo each year. Room is spacious, clean, hotel is right on the beach, and a great price. Will be back again next year.

I highly suggest not staying at this hotel. Every time I left my room and returned my key would not work. After the 7th time complaining and getting a new key made they gave me the master key (looked like a normal house key instead of a card key) that went to every room in the hotel, Yes I could have went into anyone’s room. There was mold in the bathroom, The floors were extremely dirty when I arrived. The tiki bar is there just for looks and never is open. The pool was extremely cloudy and dirty to the point it’s unsafe to go in. People were smoking all around the pool area. Spend your money elsewhere for a better stay.

Excellent stay. Easy check in process. Hotel is right on the beach with pool and hot tub area and unmanned tiki bar. Only steps from the hotel to the sand. Will stay again.

Lady at front desk was not very friendly. When we arrived didn’t bother to tell us anything about the hotel or where we could find things around the hotel. We stayed 4 days and not one person came to our room to check anything like they always do at other hotels that I have stayed at. The pool was disgusting all kinds of things floating and ton of sand at the bottom of pool. Bugs swimming around and biting on our backs. Will not be back at this hotel

We loved staying here the only thing that could be made better is the area outside by the pool needs light on the stairs that lead to the beach its very dark and the stairs are steep.
